I would have liked a tea facility in the room .the menu could be more updated as it hasn’t changed since there parents owned it

The property was up a mountain and it was very clean , it is a family owned hotel with Costas and dimiteri and son running it, they looked after us so well when we had the bad weather with the mud slides , there is a coach that take you into skiathos

Very friendly family who runs the business. Lovely view both to the mountains and the sea. Nice pool area. Very relaxing. Good greek food at the restaurant. Their bus service to Skiathos town was excellent and very helpful.

We were only there for one night but a great hotel with a good sized pool. The staff were also very helpful.

Though staff were lovely to us, I felt very overlooked at times by the main manager. I got the feeling that I wasn't as welcomed as he was. At dinner my partner would be spoken directly to and his name used lots whereas I was not particularly acknowledged. The main managers brother and nephew were incredible and I cannot fault them, however the main manager just made me feel a burden, whereas my partner was appreciated.

The location was incredible. It is up a very steep hill however the hotel ran a shuttle bus regularly which takes you to bus stop 4 (just above the city/ very walkable distance) We had an unbelievable view from our ocean view room with a private balcony. Air conditioning and mini fridge included. Staff loved my partner and were lovely to him. Large swimming pool which was basically ours for the entire stay, I think there was only other people on one or two days! Incredible :) Evening meals were very traditional and they were very happy to show us traditional foods and describe them all. Partner is French and they took time to discuss different words in French/ Greek with him.

Hotel Paradise is a family run hotel very well maintained, the family are very friendly and they go out of their way to make your vacation and enjoyable one. They treat their guests as a member of their family. Hotel very clean and food cooked served is traditional Greek and delicious. Not much to complain. Some parts of the hotel would need some small renovation.

Staff very friendly and helpful, such is not seen everytime. Anything we needed could be organized. Room was tidy and cleaned everyday. Shuttle to town very useful and worked well. Breakfast in hotel was fine, we were satisfied. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

There is nothing within walking distance from the property but they do have a courtesy bus. There was no water or any refreshment in the room fridge on arrival

the hotel was set up high on the hills side, so excellent views. There was a big comfortable communal lounge bar area and pool bar which were all very clean and comfortable. The rooms were comfortable but a little tired ie toilet roll holder broken and toilet bin old. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, very nice place to relax. Restaurant food and service excellent.

It's a bit far up the hill but the hotel offers the shuttle bus to town continuously throughout the day and returns as well. Very quiet and peaceful.

The fact is that the hotel is remote and we understood that we will have a shuttle to reach the town. But not always this was the case, for some reasons. The airport shuttle was in the fact a taxi, pretending the shuttle was booked...

The hotel is very well maintained, the garden is beautiful, the pool as well.The view is amaizing.

Friendly family (3 generations) run hotel. Bit of a hike up the hill to/from bus stop 9, but has the advantage of the quietness due to its location. Regular free minibus into town otherwise. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend.

The hotel's corridors could have been a bit cleaner but since the hotel is placed at such a beautiful scenery atop a grass filled hill it is understandable that not all bugs and leaves are always gonna be removed.

The staff were amazing att giving the best experience possible and making every customer feel like they are a part of the family owned establishment. Customer service (the most important thing of all) was outstanding, and so was the rest of the package.

Special mention to Kostas, his brother, his nephew and the rest of the team. They make you feel at home. Very heart welcoming team. The hotel has an ideal location if you are looking for relax. Quiet atmosphere and surroundings. We had a room with very nice views to the sea and beds were very comfortable! Good wifi. But let me express again our gratitude to the staff.

Too high price for what you get. Breakfast was decent, but not to much to chose from. When we got to the hotel, the guy that was working at the reception started arguing with me about the rooms (i think he was drunk, because the next day he was very polite)

The hotel is old, but well preserved. It is very clean and Its pretty quiet (no screaming children running around)

property promotion is about being family friendly and this sold it to us. However we found the opposite to be true, main staff members were incredibly unfriendly unwelcoming and unhelpful. In fact one member of staff was so rude he embarrassed and humiliated my daughter and I. It meant our stay was just somewhere to sleep at night rather than part of a holiday experience. would not go back here and will not recommend it.

Holiday in Paradise hotel is a memorable event you'd love to get back to :) The complex is situated on a hill, nearby the city, where you get a 360 view of the island and its picturesque lagoons. Enjoying a freshly caught fish at dinner in the open terrace is an all time favorite experience. Our host - Kosta and his family made us feel the full greatness of Greek hospitality.
