- When we booked we asked for a room on the first floor. With a private balcony and a view. This requirement was confirmed over the phone and also on booking through messages. Otherwise we would canceled the booking receiving all our money back. On the arrival the person at the front desk, George, gave us a room (no. 5) at the ground floor with the door and main window directly to the pool and to the courtyard from where anyone passing would see directly inside the room. - In the first studio we stayed, the bathroom was really small, several things inside the room where in a really bad shape. Bathroom looked quite nasty, there was rust on the lamp near the bad, one night stand was missing a handle on the drawer, etc. - We tried to talked to the front desk guy, but he didn't care less about us. On an arrogant tone he also told us that if we want him to keep us a studio on the first floor we should have paid the equivalent of 3 night so he could block a room on the first floor especially for us. Also he told us that maybe he will have a studio available only in 3 or 4 days. Even if at least one studio on the first floor was 100% empty. - We had to call Booking Customer Service and after 1 hour on the phone that cost us a another 60 euros, the property miraculously found an available studio on the first floor in which we moved only the next day. - Even if this guy George told us they where fully booked (so he could justify himself), during our stay there for 1 week in the first floor studio, all the others studios or apartments on the first floor were empty in that building. You could see clearly which room, studio or apartment was used or not. - The breakfast was really basic and bit poor in choices. - Definitely not a 3 star hotel and if you are unlucky you could get a room in a really bad shape even if they say it's the same category. Well...at least you pay the same, but some rooms are definitely better then others on the same category.

- The rooms are spacious. - Depending on the studios, the bathroom could be more spacious and in a better condition. - A lot of markets and restaurants close to the hotel. - Internet was reliable. - Close to beach. - The owner seems very friendly, polite and helpful especially when we moved to the studio on the first floor. He also take care of out luggages to be moved from one studio to another. - The girls in charge of the breakfast are really nice and helpful. P.S. The response of the property just confirms what I wrote and also their attitude towards the client :) .The issue with the rooms was resolved because Booking requested it directly to the property. The Booking operator saw the messages and the fact that hey let us believe that we would get the room we requested. As the property said, they noted our request, but decided to let us know only when we arrived that they honour the requests only if it is in their favour. As we said before, if we knew they can not honour our request, we would canceled our stay the day we made the booking and got all our money back, but by the time of our arrival if we wanted to cancel and go somewhere else, we would lose all our money. Unfortunately there is no reliable and trustworthy personnel and unfortunately seeing their response now I would definitely not recommend this property if you want to have a pleasant holiday.

Bathroom needs some upgrade. Toilet and water pipes are extremely noisy.

Spacious room equipped with new furniture. It looks better in reality than on the pics. Though the evenly pale brown colour makes it look outdated. Bright colours, some nice decor would refresh it. Breakfast is okay. It offers processed meat, cheese, boiled egg, veggies beyond regular continental breakfast. Good enough for 3 days.

This property is the best value for money. Even if the furniture is a bit old, the rooms are very clean and spacious. Very good facilities, nice pool area, very good location and the staff was very responsive, they helped us with everything we asked for.

The breakfast was poor but there are some shops around you can buy food. Harder if you travel with kids but we managed. Ice-cream on breakfast is a good idea 😁 The conditioner stopped working on the second day and it was hot.

There is a stadium near the apartments and on Saturday's night there were local cantry festival. Was very loud 11pm -5am. No sleep at all. Otherwise nice place to stay for couple days.

Especially in the studio the floor of the bathroom is easily overflooded as the shower curtain doesn't really do the trick to keep water out. Installing glass doors would solve the problem, which at the end isn't a big issue. In the split level apartment the floor tiles aren't as slippery, so the issue is even less a problem. As is the common problem in most bathrooms in Greece that I have encountered, there is no mechanical extraction in the bathroom, so it tends to stay quite moist as opening a window doesn't really do the trick to dry the room. Some furniture surfaces showed wear caused by (I pressume) constant wiping with desinfectants during the Covid pandemic. The studio apartments were a bit more run down than the split level ones. There is small tear and wear here and there, like the lights on the courtyard to enter the stairway haven't been replaced and the aircon units haven't been vaccumed for a long time, which might have to do also with the struggling tourism during covid times and both are easily fixable.

The location is great, a smaller town with easy travel access to other parts of the Island. The beach nearby wasn't too crowded and there were restaurants at a walking distance. Friendly staff and all the necessary needed for a stay. We stayed in both a studio and a split apartment, the latter being by far the better option. The breakfast is simple, but one doesn't have to leave hungry and they catered even for special needs in regards to allergens when asked a few weeks beforehand so they had the time to organize it. The pictures on the site conform with the apartments which is always great. When we stayed there were mainly families staying but the hotel was nevertheless calm. Overall excellent value for money, convenient location and very friendly staff.

Perfect location just 1 min from the beach. Great value for the money. Local family owned hotel. Lots of shops, restaurants and clubs around, but still quiet and not overcrowded. Nice sea view from our room. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff Will definitely come again.
