We had a fantastic experience at Petinos Beach Resort. The junior suite, buffet breakfast, and staff friendliness surpassed our expectations. We were very pleased with our time at this resort and look forward to returning.

Is it really necessary to change towels twice a day? In times of climate change and lack of water?

We liked the view on the sea, the spacious room and all the amenities of this 4-Star-Hotel. However, there was a bit a lack of atmosphere and hospitality. We felt more like "clients" than guests.

Great location. Only few steps away from the beautiful beach. Bus station to mykonos town is every 30 minutes and only 1-2 minutes walk. We got upgraded to a room with outside hot tub. View of the ocean from the room is phenomenal. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent as we could walk to beach and a have a swim then come back to the pool area. Easy to get the bus into town as the stop was just outside the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Only one small bottle of water on arrival. For the nightly room rate we were paying + being in a town without drinkable tap water, I would expect a higher star rated hotel to provide this. The exposed shower in the family room, as it makes it very difficult to have any privacy from others. The sofa bed was very small and hard for an adult, but the front desk staff and housekeeping were great, and provided us with an alternative bed.

Proximity to beach, restaurants and local bus stop. Very friendly and attentive staff. Pool is lovely and modern and plenty of sun lounges. Extensive breakfast offering at the hotel restaurant.

Exceptional! Best location right on Platys Gialos beach. Choose a room with a sea view and you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the beach restaurants and bay. Had two bedroom suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. Kids has their own bathroom and individual sinks! Authentic style with large pool. Beach lounge chairs are located along the pool a height above the ocean (so not directly on the sandy beach). This was not a problem as we loved the ocean view. We also loved the seperate little roof top area for comfortable beam bags

The balcony’s have beautiful views but no privacy when other guests are on there balcony. Not a big concern for me just pointing out for new guests expectations.

Beautiful beach front location with plenty of wonderful restaurants in walking distance to choose from. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Swimming in the Aegean Sea in September is amazing and refreshing. Renting a 4 wheeler is a must to see Mykonos. Just a delightful 15 minute ride to Mykonos town and Little Venice.

The bedroom doors slam shut waking us up numerous times. This really needs to be changed as it’s disruptive and unsettling.

The breakfast staff were not very friendly. They didn’t smile. Also felt we were being over sold on the water excursions with very pricey ticket compared to what we could get through Get Your Guide or Viator. Otherwise great stay.

Beautiful location and our ocean view room was stunning. I think this is one of the best locations Platis Gialos to stay in the south unless your are looking for a party beach. Breakfast was very good.

Many steps, up n down, difficult to carry big luggage. However, hotel’s butler is ready to help. Location is a bit far from town, needs a transportation which can be costly.

Hotel is right at beach front, it’s a fun place with many restaurants along the beach. Beach is clean, water is crystal clear, safe for kids. Receptionist is knowledgeable n friendly. Room is big n view is pool n beach with a cozy terrace. Bathroom is modern, amenities are good.

Everything was perfect! They could improve hospitality training with the front desk. Overall we had a great experience.

Our room was spectacular. They gave us exactly what we book and that made our entire experience much better . Great view, bed was very comfortable, AC on point and the location was super convenient right next to the beach. Near supermarket and bus station. Breakfast was excellent! The buffet has so many options and the staff at the restaurant was super friendly. I want to highlight the housekeeping team, our room was impeccable everyday and they were all super nice. We will definitely stay at Petinos again :)
