Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

LatviaCleaning service in the apartment could be better.
Excellent place for families with kids. Sandy beach, several pools, special kids menu for “picky eaters”, spacious territory.

LithuaniaAnts in the room. Apartment was on the hill so you have to climb every time going for food or to the beach. Rude supervisor during breakfast (with blue jacket). No animators or other entertainment in the hotel territory. Three mornings there was no water during breakfast. Quite expensive drinks during dinner and in the bar.
Modern apartment. Nice view. Big swimming pools. Shallow pool for children. Small but neat and cozy beach. Decent food during breakfast (every day almost the same but you can choose from enough options) and dinner (main dishes change every day). It is necessary to have a car when staying at this hotel because it is quite far from everything.

BelgiumAmazing hotel for a vacation with a small child. We went with our 2 year old toddler and it was great! Big territory, three pool areas, each with a kid pool, two kid corners in hotel’s restaurants and two playgrounds, sandy beach with vast shallow entry, so even a two year old can walk in the water. Food was nice, maybe not with excessive variety, but good enough for a one-week stay, and also with enough options to choose and combine for a small child. We also loved that everything is close by: beach access; Roda town 5-10min walk through the beach, with all amenities, restaurants, pharmacy, shops; but also there were two shops with food and souvenirs both on the territory of the hotel and right next to the hotel’s beach, where there is also an authentic Greek restaurant Alexandros Greek Taverna with beautiful sea view, nice food and even some evening entertainment twice a week. We loved our stay. 🩵🧿

United KingdomSome facilities such as the pool side toilets could do with a revamp. Also facilities such as the pool tables, fireball tables and other activities were broken.
Lovely rooms with great views. Pool facilities and bars were lovely with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was nice and fine to set you up for the day. The restaurant which is on the beach was great as well, no frills but friendly staff and the Greek dancing on Tuesdays and Fridays was amazing.

United KingdomEvening food is poor I would disregard eating in the hotel buffet of an evening. Difficult walk to Roda town along a rocky beach. No hotel entertainment during our stay.
Beautiful complex with multiple swimming pools and hotel beach area. Rooms were big and well cleaned. Plenty of sun beds.

GermanySome rooms near the next door resort might have to bear with the noise (almost every night, they do some parties) Driving from Korfu town would take 1 hour that requires strong focus on the roads (many 180 degree turns)
Beach is wide calm, not deep and very safe for families with seniors and juniors. Breakfast is awesome. Friendly staff, great ocean view from the room's balcony. We can see all the way to Albania's mountain range from the resort location. Onlu 10 mins walk to town Roda with many good restaurants and shops. Facilities are great with 2 swimming pool locations and plenty of beach chairs

United KingdomHard to think of something, but breakfast quality could be higher, although plenty of choice.
Great sandy beach (not easy to find on Corfu), nice hotel facilities for young families (playground, plenty of space, children's pool,...), friendly staff, beach bar, nice tavern just next to the hotel on the seaside, really comfy beds.

United KingdomWe had the breakfast included but I do not recommend it to be fair, every day it is the same food, the quality it is not the best. The coffee is horrible and on top of that the restaurant Manager is very rude, her name is Mado (Μαντω), I believe she should understand that people are on holiday and they are paying for the services so there is no need to shout, or police anyone for taking a coffee cup out on the terrace, you can always solve a conflict a lot better with kindness. I don't understand how come she got to be in that position with her attitude.
We have been a group of 6 friend and 2 kids for a 7 day holiday. The location is great, they have several buildings with apartments, you have access to 2 different pools, 1 small play area for children and they have a private beach with umbrellas and sunlounges included. You also have a beach bar and a pool bar. I would like to mention 2 of the people which made our stay at the hotel a lot better Yiannis and Khristos the beach bar bartenders. They have been great, always smiling and kind. I will definitely come back if I had the chance.

HungaryThe cleaning could be more thorough, our balcony was never swept up. Bed room was cool but I miss the air conditioner from the other premise.
Nice supply but it was a bit boring after the 6th day. It would be amazing to have crepes or waffle at least once a week. I missed the varied salads and the freshly made scrambled eggs but the available food was tasty.

RomaniaDidn’t replace in 4 days any towels, floors in the room were not clean at check in, rude staff member at breakfast, some dirty dishes placed as clean at breakfast (cups with leftover coffee marks).
The resort has a lot to offer to make your stay comfortable, private beach, multiple pools, overall pleasing decor and aesthetics, and totally worth the mention: delicious breakfast! Amazing view from the restaurant, cute beach bar and private beach tavern.

RomaniaAs it is located on a hill it has some steep roads that can be quite difficult to climb for an older person. Near the pool and inside the apartments you can find ants especially near the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Most of the staff from the reception are not so English proficient and you have to use a very basic vocabulary.
It has many areas for leisure, swimming and eating. Also it has two stores where you can buy everything to cover basic needs.

United KingdomSome staff was rude. For example during dinner, waiter had made a mistake by bringing to us additional drink which we told straight away that we did not order, however he had started argueing that we had ordered two, we decided to leave it and took the drink. Later the waiter had realised his mistake, that he had brought drinks from other table, and than he asked to pay for the additional drink. He had done more mistakes and him and his manager was arguing in front of us at our table. the dinner experience was not pleasant. They were separating people with children from people without at breakfast venue, however in thw outdoor areas people who had been smoking and non smokers had not been separated, so we would be surrounded by smokers while eating lunch, sitting in the beach on the sunbeds or by the pool. there were many people with children who were forced to keep breathing smoke. choice of breakfast could have been better.
Very nice room, spacious, bright, clean, facing pool and sea. The hotel had very nice pools and only short walk to the beach. Some staff were very friendly and helpful.
