María, just as many reviews mention, is an incredible host. From the moment you arrive, you feel right at home. She's not only attentive and thoughtful, but also genuinely ensures you have everything you need to feel comfortable. The room is completely new, equipped with all modern comforts — it even has a terrace and a projector. Breakfast officially starts at 8:00, but María begins setting it up as early as 7:30 for guests who are leaving early. The entrance door and stairs are small and a bit difficulty while transfer baggage to the room.

The reception staff is very generous and helpful. The location is superb. The room facilities was excellent and perfectly cleaned. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

I had a wonderful stay! Maria was incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was well-equipped with modern, high-tech facilities, including a projector and a great sound system, which made relaxing in the evenings extra enjoyable. One of my favorite features was the clothes steamer, it was such a bonus, especially when traveling to a beautiful place like Santorini where you want to look your best without having to wear wrinkled clothes. The space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We had a beautiful experience in this place in the heart of Fira. Maria is a very special person that makes you feel at home. She is so kind and helpful, taking care of their guests. It is so easy to move from this hotel, all restaurants and shops are just in front and a bus station is 5 minutes walking.

Only flaw was the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor during use, so we needed extra towels to mop up the floor after each use.

The host Maria was amazing! This property ran more like an AirBnb, as Maria was in communication with us prior to checkin, and met us on the street as the entrance is not super obvious. She prepared a lovely breakfast every morning, and checked in with us throughout our stay. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough just because of Maria!!

María is a fantastic host. We were offered a big Greek breakfast every morning and could eat as much as we wanted. Room and bed is large, with modern bathroom. Balcony overlooking the main square, with a lot of restaurants and shops around. Very central location and just a few minutes walk both for the Caldera view and the bus station. Very good window and balcony door, so no noise during night time. Good and quiet AC.

Amazing stay at Santorini Main Square! Room was very well equipped even with a TV projector which was fantastic. Very central location in Santorini’s main square but couldn’t hear any noise from the square. Maria was so helpful and friendly and made such an incredible breakfast with lots of vegetarian options. Loved eating this out on the balcony facing the sea.

The shower door leaked and couldn't stop the water leaking out over the floor. Had to use all the provided towels to clean up after every shower.

Maria was amazing! Lovely breakfasts and perfect location. Even though it was on the Square, we had room No 2, which was facing the sea and not the Square. We didn't hear any noise coming from the Square.

The only thing that was a little bit difficult were the steep stairs to get up to the room, but that wasn't a huge deal.

Wow! Maria, our host, was absolutely wonderful. This hotel stay was one of the best I have ever stayed at in all of my travels. She contacted us before our stay to see if we needed a driver to pick us up at the hotel. She also made sure that we had breakfast the next day, and she showed us all of the extras in the room. The room had a HUGE drop-down screen to watch shows. We watched a greek movie on one of my personal streaming services. The air conditioner was amazing, and the room looked over the little main square area in Fira. When we closed the windows, it was silent; we couldn't believe how quiet it was.

I really really appreciate Maria Popa's attention and support with making this trip so wonderful for me. The location was perfect to be in walking distance to any and everything I wanted to see in my short time in Santorini. The room facing the sea was quiet and very comfortable. Everything is perfect. The location just in centre of fira. 2mins walk to bus station, surrounded by fast food and restaurant and 2 mins walk to the caldera. The best place to be in fira,right in the center. 10mins to airport, 20 mins by bus to Oia Moreover the room is perfect, Maria the host os just wonderful,never met someone as kind as her. She pampered ua with cakes and foos. Breakfast was too much for us. Too many varieties to eat. Thank you Maria for makimg our stay memorable. 10+ for this place

There isn’t anything really, maybe just that it could be somewhat noisy since the accommodation is so centrally located. But if the windows are closed, it shouldn’t be a problem, especially since the room is equipped with an air conditioner.

This accommodation is just perfect! The room was exceptionally clean and there is everything you might need: from towels and slippers, to bathrobes and bathroom utensils (including toothbrushes and shaving kit). The host Maria is very welcoming and kind - she made sure that we feel like at home. The breakfast selection is just huge - there is everything to any taste. And the location is great- directly in the center of Fira, which is very practical - you don’t need to carry your luggage up the hills and the public bus is just around the corner. The room even has a beamer and a huge screen, and several speakers for the stereo sound - we haven’t used it though.
