No serious things to mention. And when checking out, Manolis, Athina's kind partner was very eager and constructive to hear if and what could possibly be further improved. It is a sign of dedication, because it is not easy to overcome the idea that the guest wasn't happy. But we were overall really very happy with our stay!

We were warmly welcomed by our host Athina, after communicating our estimated arrival time through WhatsApp. She had several little tasty surprises for us and the apartment was ready, clean and with all we needed including Nespresso to start with when we arrived. We parked all those two weeks in second half April for free in front of the apartment. Some of the things we enjoyed here were the big private terrace, overviewing the beach and boulevard in both directions with fantastic sunsets, sometimes rough and loud surf, the sea-turtle which I filmed from the balcony. The fact that just by crossing the boulevard there was a great beach with reasonably priced facilities like umbrellas and beach chairs plus drinks on demand, offered by Andreas, the good and varied restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The and the location at walking distance from beautiful Rethymnon, and the central location for excursions inland or along the coast, all this made this place magical (and absolutely value for money!)!

The Studio ist very well equiped (you can cook!), with nice beachy touch and the balcony is very spacious, where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner. Comfy bed, even a washing mashine and toilettries. Check in was very easy, the host (a couple) is so friendly and welcoming. Thanks again :) Directly opposite, cross the street, is a nice sandy to stoney beach. It is the longest i saw in Kreta and you can enjoy a nice walk or swim. Short walk to old town, bars, supermarkets close by. We were here off season, so it was not so busy anymore on the street/bars/restaurant. There is a nice and inexpensive tavern closeby: Sotos. Great relaxed beach bar: Lakis beach bar. Wr enjoyed our stay very much, wonderful mix between beach life, old town, shops and restaurants.

The only comment is that the trash was not emptied during our stay, but we solved it.

The accommodation is in an excellent location with a wonderful view. The terrace is fantastic. The accommodation caters to all needs. The host is very kind and helpful, we received gifts from her several times. I would certainly come back another time.

There is a main road in front of the apartment, which can get a little noisy.

Excellent location. The payment is within walking distance to the old town but away from the noise and bustle. The beach is right in front of the apartment, and the balcony gets just the right amount of sun. All the basic facilities are there and Athina is the best host I’ve had.

We liked everything

It was a pleasant surprise. The comfortable apartment is in front of the sandy beach and had everything we needed. We loved the very large balcony with sunbeds and the amazing sea view. The owner Mrs. Athena is very kind and helpful.
