We had a lovely room with a plunge pool but it was too hot to use the area most of the day. Some shade would be helpful but I appreciate it may be difficult to provide due to the position of the sun. Some plant based options such as milk or yoghurt would be nice at breakfast but we brought our own after the second day so wasn’t a big problem, as we easily found plant based milks in the shops down the road and there is a fridge in the room.

Good location away from the main town. Less busy, easy to park a hire car outside the front. Good location for the bus stop. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Fridge in room really helpful. Good powerful hairdryer. Hotel is up a hill, so may not be suitable for less able bodied, but we enjoyed the exercise.

We checked in late at 1.30 am with no problems we got exactly as we booked,but we did witness the following morning a couple being told the room they had booked wasn’t available,we also spoke to others that had been overbooked and moved elsewhere in the resort for a night this really isn’t an ideal way to start your holiday and this does seem to be a regular occurrence.This is surely going to have a detrimental effect on the hotel in general.

Nice clean room,great shower,stunning views from all around the property,courtesy Bus to pefkos beach during the day 10.00am and return at 4.00 pm aswell as one in the evening to the centre at 7.30 pm.Great swimming pool didn’t encounter any difficulties getting a sunbed.staff are all very polite and accommodating.

The ‘apartment’ layout. Lack of doors sectioning off different areas. No crockery or cutlery yet a kettle was provided. Not enough sun beds around the private pool for the amount of people in the apartment - 2 sun beds in an apartment for 4, 2 chairs for an apartment for 4 and the ‘seating area’ was one dining chair in the room. Very disappointed and frustrated that we were not allocated the room we booked on arrival after 13 hours of travelling and had to sort this out at reception over the next day or so thankfully Flora managed to do this for us but it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place.

The view was stunning and the private pool was lovely. The main pool area was very clean and peaceful. The air conditioning in the rooms was excellent. Flora on reception was very helpful and always smiling. Manus always had a smile both at breakfast and when ordering at the pool bar which served snacks and of course drinks. Saggi who drove us to Pefkos, Lindos and the beach was friendly and worked hard. The cleaners were friendly too and again worked hard.

The staff was not very professional, the cleaning lady went to the room twice during the stay with interupting our rest. Breakfast wasnt warm, some of dishes tastless. The plates were dirty and smell bad

Our room was good but some people did not get the room allocated on their first day and said the pictures were misleading on the website. However these rooms are done to a good standard and what you would expect for Greece- it is not really a 4 * hotel but you are in greece.There is no entertainment on an evening so you really have to go out to local restaurants.As the hotel had not been opened long you could tell they were having some issues but were trying to resolve these. and improve As i said breakfast was ok but they need to consider how this can be improved by offereing better quality .

The hotel has recently been re furbished to a good standard. It is managed by twin brothers .The rooms were very clean , maid cleaned every day.We had a sea view which was very nice.The pool was excellent , quiet and was able to get sunbeds on a morning or afternoon. The hotel is on a hill and Pefkos can be reached by 2 ways but both have hills - if you turn right outside the hotel and go to the bottom and turn right there is a few resturants /bars close by but if you want to be in the centre it could be a 15/20 min walk.The breakfast was adequate .Staff were very friendly and tried to help with any issues.Shuttle bus to the beach in the morning and pick up at a certain time in the afternoon.The shuttle will also take you to the centre of Pefkos or Lindos on the evening but no return.The driver is very hospitable and nothing too much trouble.

We had a wonderful stay of just over a week! The welcome was warm, and the entire team is lovely, attentive, and responsive. A small issue with the room upon arrival was quickly resolved by the manager, who was very professional and responsive. The rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean. Some offer breathtaking sea views, with incredible sunsets we won't forget! The private pools and jacuzzi were impeccably maintained. Breakfast was varied, well-organized, offering both sweet and savory options, and the welcome was always friendly. The day before departure, the manager, always very attentive, kindly prepared a snack for us to take away—a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated. The taxi booked by reception was perfectly on time. A small note: access to the hotel is via a fairly steep slope, which can be a bit complicated for people with limited mobility. Fortunately, a shuttle or taxi can be requested at reception to make getting around easier. And a little extra that really touched us: the presence of Rossi , the house cat, a true gem, gentle and completely at home in this peaceful setting. A big thank you to the entire team for this superb stay!

Hmm. We made the check in around 18/19 pm. We entered in the hall, directed to the reception. There was a man who was listening/watching something on the phone with loud voice. He didn't pause , so we wait till he finish his video. So unprofessional. At the end he checked us in. We noticed that it was not what we booked for. He said we should spoke with booking manager tomorrow morning. , because he can't do nothing. Latter on we came to know that he was the twin brother of the owner. So if he can't do nothing who can do?! We called customer service of booking. So helpful. They gave us two options on the same property. I go to the reception desk, and ask for this two options, but they say we don't know nothing about this.they were joking.They said it is a booking fault. BUT BOOKING DONT CAME AT YOUR PROPERTY TAKING PICTURES AND NOMINATING THE ROMS, AND DESCRIBE THEM. BOOKING JUST GIVE YOU SPACE ON THEIR SITE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHAT YOU PUBLISH THERE. It is better that you call this property, to make sure what you booked and if it match with what you book. Don't trust on the info they've published, because my booking was a room with infinity pool and jacuzzi, with balcony and sea view, and i find myself with mountains view, no infinity pool. The jacuzzi yes it was. The funny thing is they said we upgraded you. I think it was a downgrade. So disappointed from this hotel

At the top of a steep hill so this has its pros (great view) and cons (walking there)

It was conveniently located on the edge Pefkos that is closest to Lindos. They offered shuttles to both locations twice a day. The staff were super helpful and friendly.
