The people were amazing and they accommodate everything: from the transfer, late check in, late check out and they were helping in everything. The reception guys were so guys and nice! The hotel is new, with new furniture and nice pool!

We loved the ambient of the hotel, location was perfect (3 minutes from city centre), hallways smell very nice and clean, everything is tidied up always, the outside is very beautiful and the pool is very big and clean, the staff is SO nice, so kind, they help with everything you need, they give you advice on what is worth seeing on the island, they provide you with important information and are very welcoming. Everyday they greet you with smile on their face. Can't compliment enough!🤗

Noverian Bios is AMAZING! The hotel is well-equipped, super peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The front-of-house staff, Harry and Elena, are absolute gems 🥰 - so attentive and always going the extra mile to help guests. We were treated to complimentary glasses of wine by the pool, and they even offered us a late check-out, which was a massive help given our late flight home. We ended up planning a lot of our daily itineraries based on staff recommendations (restaurants, activities etc.) and it was definitely the right call. Our room had incredible sea views, and we really appreciated that the jacuzzi was checked and cleaned during our stay. All in all, a 5-star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and fab place to stay, would 100% recommend! 😄

Everything. Start to finish we were looked after. Eleana text us before we arrived and stayed in contact with us for the trip. Helped us book trips, and gave us a customised list of bars and sights to see that honestly made the trip for us. Massive thanks to her. A real Gem.

The picture of the outside bar was misleading as it wasn’t open during my stay.

The receptionists were lovely and so helpful during our stay. They have made me want to come back to this hotel due to how helpful and friendly they have been. The pool was amazing and the hotel rooms were great too! It was a short walk to the centre too which is always a bonus.

Slightly further away than other hotels, but that worked out perfectly for me. Depends what you want.

The breakfast was delicious, the pool was basically private the whole time I was there. The staff could not do more for you.

The shower area lacked sufficient lighting, making it quite dark.

The location was central and strategic, making it highly convenient. It was within walking distance to Fira town, with plenty of eateries and easy access to Fira’s attractions. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortably sized for two people. The hotel owner was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and informative, sharing numerous must-visit spots in Santorini. The vegan breakfast was absolutely delicious, freshly prepared upon order, and a true highlight of our stay.
