The beach bar staff were not very attentive and food took a long time to appear. They didn't seem too phased about being questioned on it either. It's a pity as the location is amazing. Just lacks a bit of polish to make it wonderful.

The lady at reception is wonderful and the cleaner is top class. Both very friendly and kind. Room was exceptionally clean every day. Can't fault them.

The storage space in the room was the only thing that could be eventually improved.

We had a fantastic time at Venus. Great resort straight on an amazing clean beach. All personel working at Venus is very professional and always smiling offering the greatest service. Special thanks to Dimitra at the reception, Spiridula and Marius at the bar and the cleaning lady, who was getting daily care of our room. Zante is a magical place and Venus contributed to be one of the best vacation we ever had. Thanks all and see you soon!

The breakfast could definitely be altered. You can choose from 4 different options which do get boring over the course of time - especially if you do not eat any meat. Also the hints that everything needs to be paid extra (ruined towels, stains from suncreen, ...) were unnecessary since this is a common practice but by explicitly pointing it out one is always alert when using the towels. Very tiny room without any storage. Was a bit tricky to handle with 2x 20kg suitcases.

The location of Venus is amazing: right at the beach with free parking and the sunbeds are for free for hotel guests (except of the first four rows). Also many very good restaurants nearby.

The rooms were fresh and clean on a daily basis. The bathroom was very spacious. Superb location right on the beach. The staff were first class. they honestly couldn’t do enough for us and we felt very welcomed from day one. Special mention must go to Teo, Mia, Fiorella & Angela for looking after us every day.

The room had no wardrobe or shelves its pretty impossible to hide anything. I suggest booking the bigger apartments. If you travel light that's not a problem. I was in apartment 3.

Position great, staff is awesome. It is 30 minutes drive from breathtaking places and just in the perfect spot if you looking for relaxation without traveling anywhere.Very good internet and air conditioning. Breakfast and amenities were also top notch.

I was missing the wardrobe in the room. There was tiny little open shelves underneath for the things, which made the room look a bit messy. There could be more choices for the breakfast.

Location is excellent, the Venus beach bar is 5 meters away :) the room service was very very good. Changed towels and bed sheets every day. Mia is an amazing host! She was sooo kind! She recommended the best places to visit and helped with everything we needed! The service at the Venus beach was excellent. The sun beds at the 1st row were always reserved for the Venus hotels guests, so we didn't had to bother ourselves for an early access to the beach. At the beach we had an amazing service as well. The guy, name Dionis was very professional at what he was doing. Service. We even joked, that he looks like he was running his own beach, the way he was taking care of the all, was fun to watch in a very pleasant way!

We had a great stay. The location is 50 m from the beach. We had a lot of facilities at our disposal. The food was delicious. We did not feel the need to visit other places in Zakynthos, except for the well-known Shipwreck beach :P Extremely nice and helpful staff. As a suggestion: A closet with shelves or drawers would be useful. But, there is nothing we did not like.

Venus is the perfect place for a perfect vacation. Why do we say that? 1. The room (the one with a double and single bed) is modernly furnished and decorated, very clean (cleaning is done every day, including towels are changed every day). The bathroom is large enough and very modern. The terrace enough for 2 people offered us some very romantic mornings and evenings due to the green decoration in front of the terrace, the beautiful smell of the plants, the sound of the sea waves but also the music that could be heard in silence. 2. Venus resort is right on the beach. Maximum 2 minutes from the room to the sunbeds placed in the first line on the beach and which were reserved for us daily being included in the room price. The beach at Venus is less crowded compared to the neighboring areas, it is wide, with sand and smooth entry into the water. 3. The courtyard of the resort is full of greenery, beautifully arranged and well maintained ... a pleasure !!! 4. The food served on Venus is very tasty. I love their breakfast, Greek coffee but also all the dishes served very promptly on the beach. Very tasty and fresh. 5. All staff are extremely attentive and kind. We want to thank everyone! They are hardworking and very kind. Always by your side when you need it! Special and endless thanks to Mia !!! A beautiful young woman, extremely attentive, very professional, always with a smile on her face and who solves any problem that may arise or request that you have. It's always there! A big plus for Venus! There are not enough words to thank you, Mia !!! In conclusion: Venus Resort offers exactly what it promises: very good accommodation conditions and services as well. The only serious negative point in my opinion was the fact that a water sports rental service is located unfortunately right next to the Venus sunbeds. All day you get regular whiffs of gasoline from the noisy jet skis. They should really consider talking to the local authorities about it and move the water sports to the far end of the beach. It’s a pity to spoil such a pretty location and an otherwise very nice business like that.

Interesting and fun concept of living in a beach bar! You get to have immediate access to the amazing sandy beach. The sea is perfect. Very good food and very helpful staff.

Very small room. Only cold water for first 24 hours - didn't seem like it was the first or last time the apartment would be without hot water. Breakfast repetitive, was good but boring after a couple of days. WiFi - wouldn't connect unless I was stood outside the door - reception didn't tell us that they had changed the password two days before we was due to leave which meant we didn't have WiFi at all. Reception is definitely not 24 hours - 10am until 6pm. On site restaurant and bars shut most of the time - open when they feel like it.

During the first night,when I was taking a shower,there was no water from both tap and shower head when I just put my shampoo on my head.The reception works only for 9a.m to 5p.m as they told (But at the last day when I was leaving and I would like them to call a taxi for me and I waited until 9.30a.m there was no one appeared at the reception).I called using the number they gave to me but no one answers.I have no choice but to use the bottled water to wash my head since I couldn’t walk to other places with my shampoo on my head.I messaged to them to ask for a partial refund but their attitude really made me very angry.They said this only happened to me and not to other customers which sounds like this is my fault while this is their technical issue.Fortunately I have recorded the video and I will send it to booking management team.
