I had a great room and the staff was really helpful, so I don't really have any complaints.

Location is great. Be sure to get a room with a balcony overlooking the water. If you are not a sound sleeper, bring ear plugs.

The room and was very tired and dated and didn’t look clean. The beds took up nearly all the space leaving only a small circulation

Rooms wernt necessarily dirty but the grout sure looked it. Rooms were basic. Cold water was actually hot water tap. Loud music most nights so ran the air conditioner to help drown out the noise.

This hotel was in a great location to see the sunset. Our room had a little enclosed balcony that the windows opened up. Very cute! Breakfast was good and large portions. The pool was clean but needed a little more sun to heat it up.

Very friendly staff, very nice lake view from the terrace. The swimmingpool is small but gives a nice refreshment at warm days. The food is excellent and waiters are friendly as well. The location is lovely

The bathroom a bit moldy but I guess you can't avoid it in this super humid environment.

Perfect location, right by the lake, hotel is cozy and nice. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Nice pool starts right from the reception 😀.

Wifi was kind of spotty but it may be more of the country than hotels fault.

A restaurant/bar played really loud music until past midnight regularly (not the entire night though) which would be completely heard in the rooms.

Very well located on the edge of the island with lakefront views and in front of the small dock to swim in the lake. Room has very good A/C and fan. Very good a la carte breakfast and close to any other thing you might need on the island (shops, restaurants, etc.)

The room needed a little TLC, maybe a lick of paint. The lamps were not in good condition and were really grubby but when i mentioned they had them changed which was great. The bar food and drinks are pricey and not that great.

Great location right where the sunsets. Loved all the toiletries that were provided and also the animal shaped towels that were left each day, that was cute. Mozzy nets all in good condition. Aircon. Shower was amazing! Staff on the reception are really helpful. The pool is great place to watch the sunset.

The bathroom had some mold/mildew and ants, but overall I’d still recommend staying here.

The location with the view of the lake and also the pool were the best parts. Breakfast was yummy too. We had a twin room with a little porch/balcony. In a cooler season it would have been nice to enjoy the balcony. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit small with two beds in it. Bathroom really needs some renovation.

Location is great. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Food was good. WiFi was good. They prepared breakfast so we could take it on our tour early in the morning.
