Front staff.

Front desk staff inconsistent. One hand doesn't know what the other's doing. Twice my reservation was messed up. Called to check on my check out day prior to the date..,was informed check out is on Friday. Booked for check in on Saturday. Only for the staff to call me Thursday morning and inform me check out is Thursday, not Friday. Wow!!! Then the same front desk person who informed me and scheduled my upcoming booking, said that's not what she told me.😳

Didn’t like how the detachable shower heads would spin around if you accidentally turn on the water too high and splash past the curtain. Also, it didn’t effect me but the room had a broken closet door.

I got a four-bed room for cheap, clean and easy. They have a little kitchenette if you make your own food and two small bathrooms. A google TV with Netflix or you can log into another service if you want. There’s a pool right outside or you can walk to the beach.

A coffee maker would have been nice.

The room was comfortable and clean. Trash was emptied daily and beds were made. Location is close to everything. I would book there again. Shower water pressure was great. Met our needs, we would be out most of the day, just needed a comfortable place to retreat and rest up when the day was done. Sit's on a hillside, nice views outside.

A fantastically, situated hotel, walkable to convenient shops, and the beach. However, the accommodations were nothing short of disturbing, like a YMCA camp when I was a kid back in the 1980s. The building was in a state of decay, the accommodations in various states of disrepair. Smells of mold, mildew, omnipresent stains. However, on the bright side, as mentioned … the location… And the darling staff who worked very hard. We could never fault them. The hotel has so much potential, but it is what it is. I’m very sorry to post a negative review, but this is truly our honest assessment.

The pool a great size, many chairs to relax and a mini store which I appreciate. AWESUM STay. The elevator was cool we stayed in the suite worth the amount paid. Love the small kitchen and amenities. A double restroom the best 👌

Not clean, had beer bottle caps on floor. Bathroom was not clean. Staff need to be more welcoming. There waa a trash in the hallway that stayed for days. Parking is dark and not well lit. Not sure if there is a security or not. I wojldnt stay there alone.

We loved the size of the room and the fact that there were two full baths included! Also, the staff were really attentive and the overall feel was relaxed and welcoming. After checking in, the front desk called to see if our room was to our liking, which was very thoughtful. It is definitely 100x better than a 5 star hotel that has so many restrictions. So, if you're looking for a hotel with huge rooms, soft beds, and a relaxing atmosphere, then book with Garden Villa! 💕🌸🌴🪷🌺

The staff were great. The supervisor or manager was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. It seemed as if she owned the hotel and didn't care that I was a customer with concerns. Very unapologetic

Just a warning if you stain sheets or pillows even by accident they will charge you for stains and it will come out of your deposit and they are very slick about getting your deposit money that's the only thing I have to warn about that

It's not that I don't like. I'm very thankful that they knock on the doors if we need anything. But I suggest, you guys should have hanging signs. Such as: 1) DO NOT DISTURBE 2) CLEAN ROOMS, etc.

The room is excellent. Beds are clean and tidy. The only problem I had and I did experience was the last building, one of the last room close to the abandoned hotel. I experience movements in that room. This happened last year when I checked for 2 days, i had to check out the next due to horrifying movements. It's pretty scary.
