Excellently organized friendly professional staff. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Rich and luxurious menus and drinks from 7am to midnight. Beautiful beach and large pool with lots of fun animation.

Location. Closeness to the see. Cleanliness. Food was excellent and very diverse. Cocktails were tasty and the service was very kind and pleasant. Rooms were clean and well air conditioned. We stayed a bit late in the season so it wasn’t crowded at all. The pool is beautiful and clean. We had a great choice of drinks throughout the day and a snack bar from 15-17h. We are definitely coming back again.

The restaurant was very noisy, because of the many children's (or/and background music). The temperature of the water in the pool was a bit cold for me, at least, it was colder than the sea.

I've spent 5 nights with my family (3 kids), everybody was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was kind, the food was delicious, at least I could find every time the proper ones for me and there was always a free table in the restaurant. We were in a side building of the hotel and the sound insulations of the windows and doors were very good (couldn't hear music and other activities from outside) and also the blackout curtains were perfect. And the pool area is great.

Only the mattress, our back started to ache after a couple of days.

We liked the location and the facilities. Staff was most helpful and friendly. Everything one needs is within walking distance :)

A few bar area staff lacking a bit of customer care at times although they were very efficient at peak times.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel with a great variety of food to suit all tastes. Lots of hard working staff to help out and ensure all holiday makers were catered for. As good as a 4*

- The staff at the pool bar sometimes wasn't the nicest - The meals at the restaurant had varied quality, some of them were really good, some bland and tasteless - Variety of food, especially for breakfast could be better - Parking spaces could be more organized

+ Great location + Rooms and the whole complex of the hotel really modern, clean + Pool bar with cocktails, drinks, coffe, alcohol included in all inclusive + Beach extremely close - the sunbeds at the beach are for extra money, but you don't really need them, you can leave your belongings on a sunbed at the pool, the beach is just 50 meters away + Amazing overall feeling from the whole place :)

Air conditioning in the room is centrally managed and couldn’t be changed, only switched off. For us it was choice between 30 degrees without airco or having very cold wind whole night from airco. We didn’t like also that sun loungers were booked from early morning. We came once to the pool at 11 and all loungers were booked. However lot of them was still not open meaning that person that booked it haven’t use it since morning.

I like basically everything: location near beach, large swimming pool, comfortable family room with two separate bedrooms. I like also variety and quality of food. For my whole family it was excellent experience.

Food is average taste, drinks too. Not as good as real Cola or Fanta. There is a lot of sunbeds around pool, but still not enough for this big hotel.

Good location, near sea and in the end of Tucepi, so it's not so crowded. Nice new room, good wifi, aircondition. Big pool.

Coffee - sorry , but it's critical.. So if you are a coffee lover, make sure you have some extra cash with you. There are dozens of bars and coffee places to enjoy a real one. Drinks which were included.. Apart from the beer every other drink was disgusting.. (sorry, but I think you really need to get that right...) I suggest you collect the cups from the rooms as well as from the hallways and corridors , what stupid guests leaves behind, as leaving them there for days resulted to an ants invasions... If you already offer room cleaning then it doesn't take an extra effort to get rid of them..

Food was really good. Every day something new. Which is not easy, 3 times a day. Last year we went for a 4 star Hotel the food was not any better then in this hotel. So don't worry about that. Sun beds are available within the Hotel, but it cost 60 kuna on the beach. However you should not worry as the beach is very close, no point to spend extra money. The location is perfect therefore. If your room is not in the main building, but in the annex, don't worry they are also close to the beach and the rooms are nice. The only thing there is no lift in the annex buildings. Only in the main. But it's only 3 floor so if you don't mind a few steps it's OK. It's a perfect place for young people as well as old people and family. Overall I would book here again.

Drinks in the open bar are very bad quality. Coke, Orange, Citrus are lowest quality, as a alcoholic drinks except beer. Who you pay 250€ per night, quality must be in higher level. Bathroom is very dirty…

The AC in the room didn’t work properly. It only turned on when it was 28,5 degrees in the room, otherwise you couldn’t make it work. As I said, the diversity of the desserts could be better but otherwise the food was still tasty. It bothered me that you couldn’t get the deck chair if you didn’t “reserve” it with a towel early in the morning (80% was already taken at 7am) and most of the people weren’t even there half of the time. There was still space at the beach under the trees, but for the deck chairs at the beach you have to pay. You need to reserve the bikes a day ahead otherwise you can’t rent it and for the e-bikes you need to go to another hotel.

The hotel overall is great. Food is good, except the diversity of desserts which could be better. Rooms are clean, staff is nice, fitness is always empty and cold.

When we went to the pool most of the times all the beds were already gone. Difficult to find one if you get up past 08:30.

Same plain food everyday, by day 3 we were eating outside the hotel. Not a lot of entertainment for middle aged kids, only toddlers.

Very clean, and staff was exceptional! Rooms were a bit small, but we didn't really spend much time in them so it was ok for us.

I didn't like the fact the coffee was so bad , we had to leave to get coffee somwhere else, for 12 KN. I think they should offer better quality of coffee as well as jucies. And I realized that walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighboors. That are things I didn't like.

Food was very good, comfortable bed and pillow, nice view. Easy acess to beach and pool .. and so on. This is very good for people with children.

I really liked everything, all things during our stay were beautiful. Only thing I would state as a suggestion is that there should be more fruit during meals, especially watermelon, because there wasn't any now.

I liked all of it, in fact I would highly recommend this hotel. Location is superb, near to the beach and a bit isolated from the big crowds. Room and whole hotel were very clean, food was very good, a great variety, staff was very friendly, pleasant and welcoming. I would also give high regards to entertainment crew by the pool, they were phenomenal. Would come again most certainly.
