Perfection! A beautiful remodel, everything in pristine condition. The decor is beautiful, tasteful and modern. Spectacular sunset view from the infinity pool/bar. Fresh breakfast with many hot and cold options. The gym is amazing! Brand new Technogym treadmills (3) and Technogym free weights and other equipment. A large, separate group fitness space for private stretching, etc. Cold water, towels and apples provided. And access to a balcony overlooking the pool and sea from the gym! Room service was fast, delicious and reasonably priced. I didn’t use the butler pantry (small snack and beverage self-service sales on each floor) but love the concept and convenience. Room decor was beautiful and bathroom amenities were high quality. Love the eco-conscious slippers and laundry bag. I had a Collection Room - Sea View which was a side view of the bay with sliding doors that opened wide, but no balcony. It was on a small side, which was perfect for just me. I wish I had upgraded to a room with a full balcony and/or full sea view at the front of the building, as I’m sure they have a spectacular sunset view. Would stay again without hesitation!

The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. Never experienced such imaginative hospitality before! You're greeted by the porter, offered a drink, apples, and cookies at the reception. The room is available immediately. Stunning sea view! Cleanliness is top-notch! Wellness, massages, sauna are superb! Afternoon surprise from the housekeeper with water and cookies. In the afternoon, housekeepers prepare the bed before bedtime, draw the curtains, create a cozy atmosphere with lights in the room. DJ music in the evening. Unforgettable! If the rating could be higher than 10, it would be 20!

Loved everything. The design and layout of the hotel was a bliss. Lying in bed listening to the Adriatic Sea was heaven, as was the passing of dolphins in the morning and evenings in front of our room!

The food could improve - more wholefood & healthy plant-based options needed! Better ingredients, smoothies, freshly squeezed juices & co for breakfast and buffet dinner to expensive for what they offer. But the food in restaurant Sophia has great food, so this is an exception!

Nothing to dislike!

Even though it was not a high season (February) for a beach hotel, everything was running smoothly. Service was wonderful, food was exquisite and facilities were fully operative apart from beach-related ones. It is finely designed in a mix of heritage and modern. Only a nice walk or a short ride away from the historical city of Pula, this hotel is situated on the green peninsula of Vrudella. It is surrounded by pine, olive, and cypress wood submerging into the sea. The view and the air have a healing power, I am convinced! I couldn't recommend this hotel more!

The only issu I had was the good night sleep. Two issues: 1. bed/matress was too hard for my back and shoulder (I sleep on the side), also for my husband, with no option to ger soft matress topper to make it more comfortable. Also, it was too sensitive to other person's movements. 2. The light switchers have tiny lighters turned on all the time so you can find it/them easily at night...but these make light at night, so I needed to cover all with something to make the room dark.

Bery kind personnel, excellent music in the hallways, bar...petfect volume, terrace with seaview, great plave for walks and christmass swim on Hawai beach. Very clean, water in the room, excellent illy espresso in the room.

As said in plus section, the hotel has some plusses and minuses in the same categories. Starting with location – it’s very distant from Pula and the connections, at least off season, aren’t very good. You’ll need a car to get around. The spa area – a cozy as it is, is simply too small for the size of the hotel. During the weekend it got very crowded, especially since the weather on Saturday afternoon was bad. For the swimming pool and jacuzzi the water could be a couple of degrees warmer. The room as beautiful and tasteful as it is, just has a strange layout. The bult in “box” that houses the bathroom and hall (with wardrobe), doesn’t allow for two adults to pass or having the doors open. The food; as excellent as the experience of served dining was on the first night, as lackluster was it on the remaining days when it was self-serving. The food was often just warm (not hot).

The hotel is beautiful; however it has some plusses and minuses in the same categories. The location is excellent near the beach and walkways. You have the aquarium and port in walking distance. The spa area is very modern and cozy. It’s inviting to spent time there. Everything is clean, well put together and the staff excellent. We had a panoramic sea view room – beautiful interior and view. The TV is Netflix ready and has streaming media/content built in. There is free parking on site. The food variety is good. On the first night we were only around 15 people in the hotel, so we had served dining. The food was worthy of a Michelin Restaurant – delicious!

A lot of smoking people on the terrace in the lobby bar. There are no areas for non-smoking people. Some stuff that works at night at the reception is rude and annoyed

We found the eating options rather limited and expensive. If you want something lighter or nibbles was hard to find. One evening we thought we'd share a pizza sitting on the terrace bar ( knowing that they made them in the restaurant ), but no. If we wanted that, we had to go to the buffet and pay full buffet price. As I said to the waitress, over $100 NZ dollars for a Pizza is ridiculous. Also we found the dinner Buffet overall rather disappointing. In saying that the buffet breakfast was fantastic.

We chose this location because it was close to Pula, but once we got there we didn't leave. Just soaked up the pool , sun and relaxation. Loved it and would go back again.

Housekeeping coming into room after I checked in. When I put my stuff in the room,you can only come in with my permission. Also,breakfast service...stop asking people 3 times would you like to drink something or can I take your plate. Hospitality is about cleanness and privacy.
