Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Czech Republic- Can be a bit noisy from both inside and outside, insulaiton is poor - The whole hotel is from 80ties thus in socialist style, but now a retro:)
- When you come by car, very good they have covered parking space that is for FREE! - Location close to Rijeka centre - From higher floors nice view over Rijeka port - WiFi worked well even for streaming that is not common even in more expensive hotels! - Breakfast also excellent and fresh, better than in fancy hotels!

BulgariaThe rooms are terrible for the high price you pay. Very small room for this price. There are no electricity outlets on the two bed sides. The door of room 103 was hard to open and overall useless because you could hear every noise in the corridor, including the elevator which was bad on another level for this kind of hotel. The bathroom was also horrible.
I liked the view from the room. The hotel is situated a little higher and is tall so the view to the city and the bay was great. The receptionist was patient and upgraded my room for a small amount.

United StatesNot enough parking spot in the garage and in front of the hotel. Weird old sewage pipe smell was lingering in the room in the morning. Very old building, needs more upgrades.
The breakfast was outstanding and plentiful, lot of selections. The young man at the reception was very helpful and understanding, he went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot. Parking is free at the hotel.
