I can’t really think of anything to put here.

This place is located right on the beach, with a place to quench any thirst underneath, a supermarket right across the street, and a short Uber ride from the Center of Split. Also, we had the sun the whole day! Everything was clean and spacious. Because my wife and I were celebrating out anniversary, we were also upgraded to a better room! My wife actually, literally, jumped and screamed for joy when we saw the magnificent room they gave us! The people running the hotel made out stay even better with helping with any and all questions we had about Split, Croatia, or any other thing we wanted or needed. The service was supreme!

Could maybe do with a lift - we didn’t have any luggage but can imagine it difficult with lots of luggage

Everything was perfect! Room was fresh and modern. Receptionist is a credit to this hotel so friendly and welcoming and very accommodating with luggage and checking in! Restaurant downstairs was convenient and again friendly staff. Location easily accessible to split town by bus and good shops nearby right on beach!! Can’t go wrong and will definitely be looking to book this hotel again on return to Croatia

The property is located very close to Split airport (20 mins taxi ride), so you will be starting your holiday very soon after you land. It is located in Podstrana, a quiet suburb area of Split, this is one of the areas with the best beaches around Split. I was recommended this area by people born in Split and they were not wrong. The property is located on the beach. Not 5 mins walk from the beach, literally on the beach. You come downstairs, go through the cafe which is part of the hotel and you are on a lovely beach with tiny clean white pebbles. As soon as you get into the sea, the sea floor is sand, no rocks, see urchins, jelly fish, just crystal clear waters. The property also offers free sun loungers and this is a considerable saving in Croatia where loungers can cost 20 euros per day. Property: clean, modern, rooms newly decorated. Hosts: contactable at all times, provided great recommendations for eating and going out. Also very professional and respectful. Area: there are about 10-15 restos in the immediate vicinity and a small marina near the Le Meridien hotel. For more nightlife, go to gorgeous Split which is a 15 min bus or Uber ride (Uber c 12 euros, depending on time, bus 2.5 euros in front of property). We had an amazing time and will be back.

We loved everything about it!

Great communication from The beginning till the end of our stay. Great location, with access straight to the beach, nice restaurant in the hotel, very accommodating, plus a few restaurants on the beach near by. The bus stop is just a few steps away to take you to Split center. Clean, we couldn’t ask for anything more..

The road leading to and from Podstrana can get very congested.

Rooms have recently been refurbished, so are very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room with ocean views, which was stunning. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there was a a regularly participant mechanical noise during the night which disturbed sleeping. Also we would have needed a dryer on the terrace for wet bathing suits, also a room cleaning for those staying at the hotel for at least a week.

The owner, his son, and the lady working reception were so nice and helpful. They held our bags on day of arrival and day of departure which was greatly appreciated. They also offer a shuttle service which was great. Amazing stay in split!

The restaurant that was connected wasn’t great - waitresses were uninterested and didn’t look inviting. Barely noticed us when we wanted to pay or order. But the hotel was great

It's a family owned place with apartments, gym, restaurant, bar and the best view in the place. Literally you get out of your apartment and you are at the beach. Breakfast was great, hosts were super friendly and assistive. Overall great experience, and surely will be back when around. I was first guest this season, and I'm happy to say, they've prepared for a great season.

The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were all really helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located on the beach with lots of other restaurants and bars close by so it was very easy to have a nice relaxing trip.
