We were fortunate that there was nobody in the adjoining appartment during our stay as it would have been difficult to enjoy your own space, however it would be great for two couples to share the complex together. We were disappointed that the cleaner only visited once and only to do some cursory mopping outside of the appartment. She never went inside. We always vacated the appartment for at least two to 3 hours every day so there were plenty of opportunities for her to clean inside. By the end of the week the shower was getting a bit grubby and there was no cleaning materials for us to use ourselves. The shower cubicle had an issue with waste water which I had to sort. The climb up the hill from the village was horrendous and made the appartment totally unsuitable if you had kids or if you were elderly with health issues. However, the main road did provide a more gentle climb although the walk was longer. Another option would be to get the number 10 bus into town. The taxi driver that Ana sorted for us was a really nce guy who was prompt and courteous.

Great view over Dubrovnik and a superb pool. The appartment was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. Secure surroundings as the gate was always locked. Fridge and hob together with plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bathroom was fine with a good shower. Comfortable sun loungers and comfy seats outside of the appartment which was nice for chilling during the day if you wanted to avoid the heat.

The terase and swiming pool you will share with neighbors from the other room so be prepared to share space. Also part just a part of terase is sunny (only from 11:00 to 15:00 (september)), so keep in mind by planning your time. Also there was the construction work on the other side of the street. Moskitos was very aktive during the night.

Very beautiful small town, great location, just a bit on the hill, but there are beautiful panorama, so it worth a bit to climb. Bus stop, shop and restaurant are close.

Nothing we didn't like, only thing is a bit of an uphill walk back from the town that was no issue for us but maybe for the elderly.

The apartment is very close to the centre, has everything you need, it is spotless clean and a nice touch with free tea and coffee. The swimming pool is spotless and well maintained. The host Ana is super friendly and helpful, she even helped us with accommodation when our flight was cancelled. Highly recommend this accommodation.

It is up a long hill, so if you have mobility or fitness issues, this may pose a difficulty. However - eating a yummy ice cream as we headed up the hill back to the apartment made the hill seem shorter and less steep.

I found the hill to and from the town steep, and not an easy walk when the weather was so hot in recent weeks. Some nights we got a taxi back from Cavtat centre (10 euro).

Anna, the property owner is very nice and very helpful, without being obtrusive. We had a problem with the shower in one of the apartments and it was sorted out within an hour. She also booked us a taxi transfer from the airport. The air conditioning was welcome, and worked well. Beautiful views across the bay to Dubrovinik. The pool was pleasant. Easy access to Dubrovink by water boat (20 euro return) or the No 10 bus around the corner.

I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like bar maybe the walk up from the harbour area. An ice cream always helped with that.

Everything about Tandem Apartment was perfect. Ana met us on our arrival by taxi pick up from the airport which she arranged for us. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotless. The beds were comfy and air con worked well although not needed too much as the apartment did not have sun shining in all day. The outside area was beautiful with a much needed swimming pool shared with the apartment next door. The view over the bay to Dubrovnik was very special. There are comfy sunbeds to lie on both in shade and direct sun and a nice sofa and table if you want to just lounge in the sun. The bus stop is just around the corner where you can catch a bus to Dubrovnik. The harbour of Cavtat is a five minute downhill walk from the apartment. There is a nice restaurant a few steps away where you can eat in or get a takeaway meal.

Their isn't anything I didn't like about Ana's property.

I liked that Ana's property is in a great location close to Dubrovnik airport, nearby bus stop's, less than 10 minutes walk down to harbour. Property is very clean with stunning views, swimming pool is well maintained, comfortable outdoor furniture with lights. Which also has smart tv with access to Ana's Netflix. The property has everything we needed during the stay.

The apartment has an amazing view right over Cavtat to Dubrovnik . Our host was friendly and helpful but didn’t intrude at all. Perfect place to have a break I would recommend without hesitation and hopefully go back.

We enjoyed having lots of space in the apartment along with the beautiful view and the lovely pool. The pool is small but it deep (up to the neck of an adult) and there is lots of lovely outdoor furniture to lounge on.

Ana the host was very welcoming and always available to deal with any questions. The view is spectacular and it's only a short walk down the hill to Cavtat Centre, The walk back up is more of a challenge in the hottest part of the day but the pool was there to cool us down. The kitchen area is small but well equipped.
