Th bed covers are a bit too thin for me, so i used both covers of the bed then i was fine. Nothing else that i didnt like. Maybe as i returned 3rd time it would be good (not mandatory ) to rewelcome.

Good rooms, clean, good amenities, silent at night, breakfast is good, good location, easy to park if coming with car, wifi works very well.

-15 minutes walk to old town with pretty much no restaurants and shops on the way

+The small spa was a great addition and conveniently open until 22. Maybe not worth the price for other visitors but as a part of the room price it worked well +Quiet area +Well-decorated interior +Good breakfast with enough options if you arrived early enough. After 9 AM quite a many items were taken and refilling took time or did not happen so be early. +600m to closest grocery store

At breakfast there is only filtered coffee and herbal teas. If you wanted a cappuccino or latte there was an extra charge.

The room was small but nicely decorated with a little balcony. Great shower! About 15 minutes walk to the palace with bars and restaurants. The spa area is nice to relax in.Staff we're really friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Room wasn't cleaned when I arrived. The friendly staff gave me another one. Bit of a hassle, but resolved adequately.

Once I got into a room that had been cleaned everything was excellent. The hotel put a complimentary bottle of wine in my room to apologize for the hassle of changing rooms.

We really enjoyed the spa facilities which were well kept. The staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was good too. The location is a bit outside of the city center but we took a quick taxi into town which was fine.

Staff on receptionist is pretty but not properly educated for services.

Hotel is very clean. In bathroom is enough towels. SPA is good for relaxing and working hours is acceptable for all guest. Breakfast is good.

We had a relatively small room with a balcony, which was a nice bonus. Another highlight was that access to the spa was included in the price, adding a bit of extra comfort.

The spa could be cleaner and have more supervision: there are no sheets provided for the sauna so guests sweat on the benches and wear bathing suits. The hot tub had a residue. There are no refreshments provided. Also, plastic glasses are used, which is unacceptable in a hotel like that.

A lovely hotel with a good breakfast, nice staff and a comfortable room. The receptionists were knowledgeable and kind, the rooms are spacious, very tidy and clean. The sheets are soft. The breakfast room is well organized. The food on offer is tasty and plentiful. Again, very nice and helpful staff. Also, the breakfast room turns into the hotel bar, so good for afternoon coffee as well. There is also a restaurant.

All the staff was great, clean room, good bed... Location was perfect for our concert at Gripe inspired weekend, tasty food in pub next to hotel... Spa was full at our first try, but experience there was great when we tried again in the evening, not so busy. Also, I forgot my phone in the room and we easily arranged for them to send it to my home adress. My warm recommendations for staying in Time

We loved the location. 10 minutes from the old town and therefore big enough for plenty parking and outside space! We of. Iurse loved the buffett breakfast! Amazing!

I didn't like the fact that we could not get twin beds. I didn't love the breakfast coffee and no boiling water available there.

I loved the pool and facilities in the spa area. It was beautifully clean. Bedroom was cleaned beautifully. Staff were wonderful. I also loved the lift with window. I loved having kettle in the bedroom

Room doesn't offer sea view. Breakfast was good however eggs and bacon were almost cold, which was really disturbing for me.

Modern room with comfortable bed. Nice SPA although saunas could be bigger. Kind staff. Walking distance to city center.
