We had a lovely room with a beautiful sea view. We really enjoyed a night or two having dinner on the balcony. The location of the house is super convenient, very close to several nice beaches. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to this part of Croatia.

Lack of living space as only studios but can’t fault on that.

May be advise on website it’s on a hill with 100 plus steps down to beach and restaurants for people who may be not great with walking.

Lovely property, friendly helpful host. Close to beach and a number of restaurants and cafes. The owner let us park very close to his parking space outside the property.

Everything was excellent: The location was ideal, the view from the balcony was great. We liked the hospitality of the hosts they gave us useful information. Everything was very clean and tidy. Last evening we got a delicious cake served in our room.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was exactly the same as on the pictures, beautiful! Our hosts were extremly kind and guest orientated, they gave us a special welcome drink and gave us useful information about Brela and Brac. Despite of we put out the do not disturb sign every they because we did not need any cleaning, they left fresh towels and toilet paper in front of our door. Melani's english is excellent! We will return for sure! :)

It would be good to have a new fry pan in the room.

I highly recommend this place for a stay in Brela. Although it is not very modern, the rooms are convenient and spacious. The rooms are cleaned everyday if you wish to. But the best about this place is hosts - Mate and Lenka who create a wonderful atmosphere and take care that you feel good at their place. The localization is perfect, just 5-8 minutes walk from the beach. We have only happy memories about our stay at the Villa.

We had alovely stay here and would highly recommend it. Close to the beach and Brela, there are plenty of steps down to the beach but the accommodation can be reached by the roads which are a little less steep. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby, as well as small supermarkets for basic requirements. The apartment was lovely and quite and well equipped with everything you need. All messages and questions were answered promptly and a taxi transfer arranged easily. Would stay again.

10AM was very early checkout but also recognized for family owned property a bit less flexible. Would have been nice to have a coffee or Nescafé available for, there was tea however accessible.

A last minute booking only for one night, but enjoyed the stay. Very nice owner/host who met us and showed us the apartment and parking. Lovely views, comfortable bed and a clean and comfortable place to enjoy this beautiful town.

We loved our stay at the apartment. It had everything we asked for and even more. We were greeted by our hosts. We arrived earlier than expected and they helped us out right away. The traditional wooden decor of our room - style that doesn't date - one could see was handcrafted and fitted perfectly. We loved that it didn't meet the modern touch of everydays hotel, but nonetheless gave us a feeling of comfort and well-beeing. We even had a terrace the size of our room to ourselves. Our host family seemed to be doing their business for quite some time and we were able to fully profit from their experience. Rooms were cleaned every day (even the dishes), if there were any questions they were happy to help. Right away we were shown the way to the beach and the most important sights. So all in all, we hope to be able to come again. Brela is a beautiful little town with a marvellous beach. So thank you very much for the stay.

Nothing that we did not like. Everything was amazing!

It was very easy to find apartment. When we checked in the apartment was very clean and it was very beautiful. The view from balcony was amazing, apartment was very beautiful and it has everything that was mentioned. The hosts are very kind and we felt like part of one big family. They offered us welcome drink when we arrived and they offered their help for everything we needed. Stuff that worked on cleaning offered us to wash our clothes after cleaning our room without charging extra (That woman was amazing and so friendly). In one word we would like to say - perfection. Highly recommended place to stay!!

Sometimes the WiFi was slow, especially in the evening.

I really enjoy my stay at Villa Lenka and Mate Ivanac! I would definitely stay there again when coming back to Brela. The hosts were friendly and approachable. The apartment is renovated and clean. The view is exceptional and the apartment has a big balcony for meals with a sea view! Everything is near and reachable by walking.

The villa is exactly like the pictures you see online, so clean! It is in a nice location with a great view from the balcony and just a few mins walk to the beach and shops. The owner of the villa was lovely to deal with offering great hospitality to us at all times while we were there. it was a pleasure to stay here-thank you!
