perfect location to just chill out and have a relaxing breakaway, with more than enough sun loungers for everyone so there was no worry about getting one even at a later time in the day. Room was big and bed comfortable with lovely double balconies. some nice entertainment in the evening, but most of all the Staff, who went above and beyond to help us after we had left behind some items in the hotel room.

we would have preferred there to be a little more option with the water taxi as Dubrovnik is too good to miss!

Food was amazing! Staff incredibly friendly. We arrived to Port Gruz on Sunday though and they did not help with the transport to the Hotel - I think this could be done better. Also, the response from the hotel was slow in regards to it. Overall, it was an amazing stay! Ana, our yoga teacher was incredible. Live Music different every day, excellent! Staff, especially managers were working mad hours though - they were there from the very morning to very late hours. Hopefully they are rewarded for their amazing work fairly.

The rooms were basic enough and we looked out at a wall we tried not to spend too much time in the room and would pay extra for sea view in future

We took all inclusve and food is was not good mildly said. It is better to go somewhere else for lunch and dinner. In our last day ferry was caceled from the island to Dubrovnik, we checked out from the hotel but they did not let us know about it in the case they did let know some others.

Nice staff and proper servise. Location is good if you like island.

No music on the beach nor the pool. After two days it became boring. You can get to Dubrovnik by ferry, but if you want to stay after 8PM there you need to hire a water taxi to get you back which is 80 euros. If you get a room at Villa 5 or 7, then you will have to be a sports person as it’s challenging. Location is great, but for older people.

It was run down Dirty in almost every corner Cigarette butts everywhere !!! Rooms were dirty !! Under beds behind cupboards !! Tops of everything !! The gym was so dirty ! Basically just very run down and no cares given (By the owners !!! )

Lack of choice on the buffet food ended up being repetitive and if booked through booking.com you don’t get to go to the a la carte restaurant or have your suitcases delivered to your room good job I’m fit enough to lift cases as there’s lots of stairs

Bed was horrible, food was horrible, location was not easy to get to and no directions given, spa was horrible, gym was horrible, resort didn't provide enough water, there weren't enough lounge chairs at the pool. We left a day early even though we had already paid.

All inclusive drinks are the stingiest most limited choices I’ve ever come across. Sickly cheap cocktails, decent ones cost. Only a few choices of non branded spirits. No cocktails from 5.30 do they can close up at 6. Bar snacks non existent. A small handful of pre made sandwiches drying up in the hear. Breakfast poor. Classy location, tacky hotel.

Times for eating were bad if you missed breakfast there was nothing to eat until lunchtime ,the snack bar consisted of a quarter sandwich and that's if they even had them.You couldn't even buy breakfast close by as they did do food until 12pm. There is complete silence at the pool some background music would be nice ,there was only some when aqua areobics was on. Compared to other all inclusive resorts and value for money in a relaxing break ,the hotel lacks facilities and would be far behind other resorts who offer similar experiences. We were in villa five which was at the top of the property with lots of steps to climb ,so bear this in mind if you are not able bodied .

We were not happy with our room. There was written and shown on the photos that we have balcony but we had a small terrace with no sun and no view. Our bed was little broken and the room door was broken. We could see the light from the corridor from the sides of the door and we could hear everything. The food and drinks was mediocre.

Location was great and the staff as well. Hotel had many different areas where you could hang out. Lovely atmosphere.

“Warm” food often cold once you eat. Rather make fewer options and make sure the quality is higher. Both of us had a Caipirinha on Element bar and after drinking 20% of it both me and my girlfriend became drunk.. 24h of massive headache waited and we stayed in bed barely able to open our eyes. Staff informed and General Manager was giving us an option to come back a few days later (we where staying in the area for a while). Discount offered was 4% from price on Booking - so we didn’t come back. After this experience we didn’t drink any booze and we heard a similar story from another couple on the beach a couple of days after.

It looks nicely presented but doesn’t taste great, staff said the food not local probably the worse selection of all inclusive food I’ve ever been to entertainment was poor and the evening options for drinks was a wooden cabin in the garden or the bar area both were boring

The all inclusive buffet wasn’t up to the hotel star rating, or the price paid per night. Food was bland, rice dishes were extremely over cooked and turned to gloop or mush, Fish overcooked and bland. This needs to be really overhauled if you’re reading this. If you’re booking, for 1 week, you get 1 night in the Al A Carte restaurant. if you book for 2 nights you get 1 night in the Al A Carte restaurant - Remember that.

Loved the island, beautifully quit away from the hustle of the old town. Staff were so friendly and courteous! Great pool, always able to get a sunbed! Pool snacks were always tasty! Al A Carte restaurant is top notch. had some really great sea bass, definitely best food on the island.
