We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Wonderful hosts, they came out to meet us upon our arrival. The yard is beautiful, the staff is friendly. The animals on the property are beautiful, especially the dogs. There are facilities for children and for vacations, really accommodations like this should be valued and listed as high as luxury hotels

Everything is beautiful! The location - it looks like a coquette ranch, the hosts are very kind, the rooms are big and spotlessly clean, squeaky clean I might say and the breakfast is delicious! We stayed only for a night, be we surely have to return for more.

Ukrainewe rented many rooms and we got in different rooms. The adjacent room smelled of farm animals. The bed seemed not clean in one of the buildings. Basically it was clean, there was not even regular soap in the room. Breakfast : scrambled eggs and tomato , pepper . who came out later for breakfast, they put only an omelette. slept in half clothes.
