At the time of our trip they had a big problem with their ventilation system, therefore air conditioners weren't working. At first we thought the problem would be solved in one day, but unfortunately we didn't have air conditioner our whole stay. The kind staff offered us some fans in case it gets too hot. We had our windows opened 24/7, so it was okay. But because this is a 4 star hotel not having functional AC for 4 nights is a big minus, hopefully they will fix it soon, because otherwise staying in this hotel was a very positive experience :)

Everything! The location is amazing, when you're staying in this hotel - you are close to many tourist attractions, good restaurants, cafes, bus and metro stops,.. We could easily get to every place we wanted to visit! Our room was very good, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very big, and even though we had a street view and opened windows 24/7, we could sleep easily because it wasn't noisy at all! The staff were absolutely lovely, they were very helpful and kind. Staying in this hotel definitely made our Budapest experience even better, we will certainly come back to this hotel whenever we go to Budapest!

The breakfast was nothing special but there are plenty of cafes nearby so it's not a big deal

The location was great. very quiet street but very central. Short walk to party district and to the river, with lots of public transport nearby, but the road was actually very quiet - no bars, no traffic, could sleep with the window open.

Property was good. Unfortunately other guests don‘t know how to behave in public, which made our stay a little uncomfortable.

It might be tucked away in a side street without a view of the tourist "must sees" on the Danube, but it more than compensates for that. The exceptional quality of service form this hotel starts when you arrive at the checkin. The hotel has it's own gallery and the collection during my stay was illuminating and creatively stimulating. My room was clean, quiet, well appointed , with a luxurious bed, crisp bed linens and a powerful shower. Whilst the hortel bar is pleasant, the hotel sits in an area rich with the "ruin" bars Budapest is famous for. SPring was in the air during my stay so drinking outdoos was a must. WIll go back.

Very minor things. The room was boiling but we had a balcony so left the window open at night. The spa facilities could open earlier not 5pm. We could have used those in the morning or mid afternoon after a tour. Also the bar didn’t open until 3pm. We decided to stay at the hotel and wait for our transfer but you couldn’t get a drink, soft or alcoholic we only realised as we were leaving that there was a complimentary coffee machine nobody had told us. But apart from that I would stay again

The location was excellent, close to all attractions, Rooms were neat and tidy and serviced daily. . Breakfast was excellent . Staff was friendly . Had a gym that was well equipped .I will definitely use this hotel again.

The room i got had problems - safe did not work, shower and sink stream were very low and the bathroom floor was stained. TV is too small for room size. I asked to be transferred to another room and with no questions asked they agreed to do that. Although i got a twin bed instead of Double bed which i had booked. The twin beds mattresses were too stiff.

Room size is very good, very large and spacious. The lobby and staff were also great. Breakfast is nice and the location is great, near Astoria Metro station. The staff is very responsive and willing to help.

little space to store clothes (no shelves in cupboard with 5-6 hangers, which was too small comparing to size of room), lack of hooks for towels in bathroom, old&overused towels, noise from reception hall early morning

The floor we stayed on had a peculiar, unpleasant smell, as did the bathroom in the room. It smelled as though there were some unresolved plumbing issues, although the toilet worked perfectly well and the water pressure was excellent.

A lovely, comfortable hotel that is well situated. The staff were very helpful and accomodating, especially with storing luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was excellent.

I have no complaints, I was there for a short time and everything was ok. We were in the hotel only when we slept and had breakfast we walked around the city most of the time, the breakfast was great, the rooms were great, clean. Maybe one complaint was that there were no slippers in the room, we asked the reception but they ran out, a bit strange for a 4 star hotel

-The only minor complaint is for the spa area. Sometimes there were no towels, the water pressure in the showers was often bad, sometimes without hot water, and it happened that some people entered the jacuzzi without showering, which is the basis of all hygiene. However, the SPA was clean, and it was really pleasant after long walks. Also, the gym is not that functional, but you can certainly do solid training in it.

-Professional and friendly staff, everyone was helpful. -Excellent location of the hotel, in an ideal place for exploring Budapest. -Clean room, comfortable bed. -Excellent price-quality ratio. I recommend this hotel to everyone!
