The instructions how to get in the building and where the room key is held could be explained better. Maybe a step to step guide or bullets points in order.

The location was excellent, near the Tourist Information office and the Metro. Walking distance to the Danube river which is beautiful. Eyal our was excellent and very responsive with any queries or problems. Would highly recommend staying here for a good base to explore the city. Rooms were very clean and functional and had everything we needed.

i was not really comfortable with the whole check in process as there was no "person" available to advise us. Followed the instructions, but very long winded, unlock a padlock to find a fob to unlock a main gate, then try to find the main door to the suites up some not very nice looking stairs, then another code to get into the main door. Once inside the place was lovely, but again had to find the box with all the different room code boxes again, then get into those to get your room key. Our apartment was extremely small but did have a nice small juliette style balcony. We were overlooking the main road and it was quite noisy but the bed was comfortable. The safe was just a box in the wardrobe which was not fixed down, so could have been stolen! Wardrobe did not have any space to hang anything longer than a shirt.

it was in a very good area for visiting the city. once in the property it was very clean and modern, contact with the owner was excellent, lovely bathroom but ours was very small, my sister was in another room and their bathroom was huge Breakfast vouchers for the Astoria hotel - lovely place and breakfast was fabulous

The pillows aren't very comfortable. That is about all I could think of, although I think that's actually quite an important thing to get right as an uncomfortable night sleep can really affect the quality of your day.

Location was perfect to walk to all main attractions. Proximity to transportation was great. The staff member that looked after us did a great job at making us comfortable and assisting with any request. It was a great touch recieving daily check ins from the owner via text on WhatsApp. That is a little different from normal but it was actually a great touch.

Modern, very comfortable bed, spacious bright & airy room, really nice bathroom, great WiFi, easy access, and right in the middle of the action within easy walking distance of the major shopping & restaurant districts and the Danube. Stored my luggage securely when I arrived early plus exceptionally supportive host provided lots of great recommendations.
