The room windows were non-opening type, I did not manage to make the air con to cool, felt like was only heating. Resulted a little too warm sleep for me and perhaps not enough fresh air to room once air con device turned off.

Almost everything was great :) Room itself, garage parking (although a bit expensive), staff.

Excellent location, minutes of walking from the center and the 2 malls, in a quiet area. Staff very kind,smiley and helpful. Clean and cosy. Very good breakfast, a lot of staff and fresh. A big plus is the spa area on the 3rd floor.

Spacious room with perfect WIFI. Very quiet location and good working area. Breakfast buffet was very good and offered a wide variety of bread, fresh fruit and hot dishes. Easy parking in separate reserved section in the parking garage.

The room looked better in the pictures in the listing; The food we ordered from the restaurant wasn't warm and had too much salt and vinegar in it, hardly eatable; The hotel's wellness center did not have a massage service.

The staff was so helpful, very kind and understandable. We were out of time as we had some traffic on the way to a wedding but they helped us so much with the check and the taxi and the directions. We had breakfast which was amazing too! A wide selection of everything!

The girl on the reception charged me double the price than the one on Booking.com I didn’t realised this until later. I went back to the reception and asked her to please charged me the booking.com rate. During breakfast it was a bit uncomfortable to have the staff eyes looking at us all the time. I don’t really understand why they do that but it’s not nice. The bathroom had a some patches of missing painting on the roof and for this kind of hotel I found it weird. Lastly, the hotel could come up with a solution to open the room windows because now in Covid times this is definitely a must have for any hotel.

I like the location which is quite central and the spa on the top of the hotel.

Not possible to open completely the windows. sometime the position of table and chair in the corridor next to bed create quite tight space for working. But still not a real big issue with that.

Profesional and very helpfull staff. Fast check in and check out. Rooms very clean and spacy. Despite the room furnishing is not a new still well maintained, reasonable and practical. Tasty breakfast with a good taste of a local food selection. Hotel garage for car parking is of a big advantage. Hotel location is also very good and close to the city center.

the bathroom was flooded after taking a shower up to the ankle. the biggest disadvantage is that parking is extra fee which is not a 4 star hotel level. beds are too soft and uncomfortable and spent. the breakfast is forgettable.
