Location isn’t brilliant unless you are very happy using trams/buses - we walked each of the 3 full days we were there and it required > 45 mins anywhere. VERY pedantic but the bath towels and soaps were rather well worn/washed and mediocre

Very pleasant receptionist with useful informations (restavrant…). The spa package was exellent. Good brakfast. The equipment in the room a little “tired” and worn. A little dust under the fridge.

The shower in room 36 was tricky to get optimum. I opted instead to have a nice bath. My wife would have had trouble getting into the shower with her bad knee, over the bath. Really needs a walk-in shower for people like my wife. A mixer tap would be a help.

Location ideal for Waberer Medical Centre, about 300m away. Was able to leave the car in the hotel's underground car park and walk to the hospital. My wife was having knee surgery there. A really nice shopping mall is another 50m past the hospital , Mom. Out of hours shopping at a Spar attached to a petrol station 150m away.

Personnel did not set our room after the first night, the room was ok but not a 4-star hotel room. The breakfast buffet is sufficient for me, but if you are used to a "serious" breakfast, this is not. The air-conditioning fan in the room is very noisy. ... no member of the staff, smiles ...

Hotel is well located in Buda, nice connections with public transport just across the hotel. Breakfast was the same every morning - normal for this kind of hotels rank. There is enough choice and they refilled when something ran out. Parking for 5 euro per day. Keep in mind, that in Budapest everything closes at 23:00h, but across the hotel there is gas station 24/7 with everything you need inside its store. Rooms are comfortable. No terraces.

The noise from a very busy street. The furniture is a little bit old. Breakfast is not too rich, but you find something yo eat.

The room was large, the bed comfortable. We had a romantic evening and the spa was only for us 1.5 hours. We parked in front of the hotel, it also has an underground parking.

There was problem with electricity. The safety was falling down. The staff was coming to fix it its time but it was a bit inconvenient

Comfortable room in nice area with easy access to city centre. The breakfast was very good also. The staff polite and with desire to help and solve problems. Due to a problem with the booking, they were polite enough to offer as a bottle of champagne and parking free of charge

Nice staff. Cleanliness (e.g., during breakfasts, tablecloths changed for each newcomer). Breakfasts. Close to the Buda center, either by trams or easily and safely by walking in 30 minutes through nice streets and parks. Good and cheap (compared to city center) restaurant 50 m from the hotel (on the corner at the tram stop).

The room on the 4th floor was too warm and it felt like there was no fresh air (and the AC unit was working. We even left the window open during the day and evening while we were out but it was still hot and stuffy). Everything else was ok.

The location is good, only three bus stops to the Danube river. The breakfast was also good, nothing fancy, but there is something for everyone's taste. Free parking in the underground garage. Personnel was very polite and helpful.

The location was good, not so far from the city center. Using the 8E,112 or 110 you can arrive in 10min in the city center. It was clean, the bed comfortable, the room spacious.

The property itself is great but all properties needs some TLC and maintenance to be carried out regularly in order to kept everything to a good standard and running smoothly. There were a few small things but nothing that altered the friendliness, efficiency and homely feel to the hotel itself.

I loved that the hotel had a homely and inviting atmosphere.

We found some hair in the bathroom. The furniture may be Leone for some renovation.

Overall good back for the buck. Good location near the center (max 25min) Parking in front of the hotel at an decent price (5Euro)

It is really old hotel with old equipment, for sure it need huge reconstraction, also the barthroom. It would be fine, if there is not beat-up bathtub, but it is beat-up and with curtain.. I do not think, it is hygienic.. the breakfast buffet consists everything what buffet should offer you for breakfast. but the way of serving was not pleasent.. please there is so many options how to do the buffet, that looks amazing.. every day sousages and scrambled eggs. 3 types of ham, and cheese, and small bowl of cucumbers and tomatoes. at least you should do some changes for hot dishes every day..

the locality and staff was great. i appreciate their nice behaviour.

The beds were a bit too soft for me. But i slept well.

It was great value for money. People were helpful. Breakfast was also ok. Parking in front of the building.
