It was a hot night when I was there and there was no fan (not one I could find at least). While it has shutters to provide privacy - it's a ground floor apartment that looks into the courtyard - these need to be open to provide any kind of temperature control in the summer. Which means you will get to hear the football commentary from the opposite apartment all night long.

It had a washing machine, and had a good selection of kitchen equipment allowing for basic self catering. Main highlight was that it came with a moka stovetop coffee maker, allowing for a decent cup of coffee in the morning.

The internet was not working. The shower is nice, but the water pressure is low. The walls are thin, so you can hear if someone gets a message in the other apartment. The water system is such that you hear a lot of water coming.

The location is 2 minutes from Nyugati train station. The apartment is very lovely, well-furnished, clean, and has everything you need.

Everything is just like in the photos, nothing hidden. Great location! I stayed with 10yrs old child and we had everything we needed, very clean, warm, nice smell studio flat. Quiet neighbourhood, safe area.

We had a very early train from nyugati train station, and the apartment is like 7 minutes away on foot, which was very convenient. The host was very nice and helpful and allowed us to check in earlier

Lack of communication about the check-in info and cleaness problems. After 3 o' clock ( checkin time) I sent the host a message through Booking system to receive the checkin information but the host did not responded at all until I phoned him 4 hours later in order to receive the info I needed. The hygiene of the place is a questionable issue due to the smell of mold which you can sense from the enterence or when opening the wardrobe and kitchen cabinets which I skipped to use. Coffee machine was listed to be available, but you have to bring your own coffee, which I was not prepared for. The pillow was very lumpy and the bedding had no fresh clean smell which raised some questions.

After booking the flat on June the 26rh, I wrote and asked if we can check in early and no answer until I called on the arrival date - July 4th at 16hours and the property said yes we can check in and send us the instructions - one hour after check in time! When we arrived, I informed the owner that we can’t lock the door and asked for help no answer even until now! We had to sleep without being able to lock the door as in loud neighbourhood and my girlfriend didn’t feel safe at all!!! We also informed that bed covers are wet and all the flat is very humid, also no answer until today! The air in the flat is so humid and fungi that it shouldn’t be rented at all if you want to keep your lungs healthy. we had the worst night experience as we needed only to sleep over and keep on moving!

When I arrived the apartment wasn't cleaned at all. Trash was next to the main door, the bathroom was dirty and bed was used, the sheets were smelly and used. Cleaning was promised by the owner, but it's never arrived. I've been to many apartments in Budapest, but this was the worst experience.

everything about this place is horrible. first off. no information for check in was provided. I had to be messaging without good reception to try get ahold of someone. then no wifi was included. it wasn't until I got booking.com involved that they provided any wifi. then the place did NOT provide basic linens and towels and bedding like in photos! the sheet didn't even cover the bed! I used WhatsApp to contact the staff and the staff literally cursed me out! booking didn't help with ANYTHING! it was freezing and they wouldn't even provide more than one sheet! this place is horrible.

The apartment is located on ground floor level, accessible from a courtyard. The latter could be surprisingly dark at night, although this is only a minor inconvenience. District #13 is very safe and tidy in general.

Excellent location, just a 5 minute long walk away from Nyugati railway stn. & metro access. Nicely renovated and furnished in contemporary minimalist style (which I do prefer). Everything was perfectly clean and tidy, including the kitchen and bathroom areas :)

The apartment is rather half-basement than ground floor. An AC would be nice in the summer as it was very hot and the humidity was also high inside.

It is in a basement and has no air flow. There is a tiny extractor fan in the bathroom that really does nothing. It needs either AC or at the least a ceiling fan. The shower door was broken, there was no bath mat or tea towel
