We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very friendly personnel and the hotel and room was very clean. The bed slept nice. The breakfast was good with a good variety of breads, drinks, etc. The hotel is at walking distance to some supermarkets and public transport which brings you to the city quickly.

CroatiaWifi didn't work, although the network was visible and I tried with appropriate password. I reserved a parking, but when we arrived I was informed that the parking was not available. After I complained they gave me the parking. The walls are very thin so you can clearly hear people in other rooms. In the bathroom it was not possible to put the shower head on the stand, which made showering difficult. I reserved twin beds but instead we got queen bed. The breakfast was available from 7-10 and we arrived around 9, but already a lot of food was not available.
Everything was clean and prepared for us. The room had everything that I would expect in a hotel. The location is perfect for concerts or sport events at Papp László Sportaréna or Puskás Aréna.

We went for a concert in Papp Laslo Sportarena. The Hotel is just 10min walk from the venue, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast as of 7am, a basic buffet, but all you need. We had a room with sunrise view :-)

I didn’t understand why stuff to my room after they cleaned it already and when my baby was sleeping inside , without knocking just opened the door . After that - I felt so unsafe

Upon arrival moments before midnight, we had no sheets on one extra bed, the receptionist was kind of thrown off by this so we got the sheets ourselves from a different room, different bed. (He didn't even know how to properly open room doors using the card, I had to help him)

HungaryBring your own shampoo/shower gel. But then again, you need to consider the price level of the Hotel. You can also buy it in he nearby grocery shop (Spar) if you forget it.
Almost everything was good. When you book, you need to keep the price in mind though. But if you consider the price/quality ratio this is a very nice hotel to stay in even for a week. Beds are very comfortable, public transport is easy to reach as Metro line 2 is literally 5 min of walk away. Grocery shop is also nearby. Rooms were relatively quiet. I would consider the location generally safe, even during midnight hours.

RomaniaUnfortunately, after checking into the room, I noticed that the nightstands and furniture had not been cleaned and had stains from coffee or other liquids. In the shower area, there was no shower gel and the shower gel dispenser was empty.
I enjoyed the breakfast. I was delighted with the way the receptionists collaborated and the fact that they have a luggage storage area until departure from the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to stadium and metro. Good choice for travelers who go to concerts. The room was cozy, cleanliness was OK. We had a good rest, the hotel was quiet. Easy to access by car, there are parking lots in front of the hotel, but also private parking is available. The staff was kind, the breakfast was OK.
