We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ArgentinaThe bedspring mattress wasn't so comfortable to us. There are muezzin calling during the night, but we guess it is something you find all around Yogyakarta.
The staff were very kind and available. The room is great considering the pay. The hotel is very well located.

We had such a great stay during our 3 days in Yogyakarta ! Very comfortable rooms and also perfectly located at 1min walk from restaurants, bars…and close to city center. The staff is absolutely amazing, helped us to plan our excursions to Borobudur & Prambanan temples and then to Bromo & Ijen volcano. The couple holding the hotel is very nice, we learned a lot from them. Perfect place to stay in Yogya !

Perfect AC temperature, super comfortable firm bed and pillows (not to high or hard). I was only there for one night but the staff was incredible and took their time to answer any questions I had. It was quiet, welcoming, and very clean. Great ambience. Worth every rupiah.

The room was incredibly clean and was cleaned and tidied every morning. It was in a great location, a one minute walk from a street with lots of bars and restaurants and laundry services.
