Great place to rest, cosy villa and nice swimming pool. Nice neighbourhood with few top notch restaurants. Bonus point: they provide excellent laundry service!

There was no A/C in the bathroom / lavatories area and windows are kept « half way » open. It is not always the best solution

The staff are very friendly , the rooms are quite clean and you can enjoy your breakfast in the living room next to the pool

Some of the dining chairs were broken. Suggestion - it would be handy to have a clothes line of some sort to dry swimmers and towels.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly - the service really stood out to us, and made our trip more special. Breakfast was good. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Location was a bit quieter which was perfect for us. The free shuttle was great.

We had wifi issues, can happen,hey tried their best to fix it but we missed most of the usages of the hug tele with all the necessary apps!! Kitchen appliances need check up, and breakfast service was not the best we have experienced for this kind of budget villa in Bali.

Nothing to complain about. I saw in other reviews people complainant about the noise in villas to the back. I was in one of those and heard very little.

Villas were grouped in four with a pool and a living room/kitchen shared between the four. A good breakfast was served between 7-10am in the Living Room. They will text you the night before for your preferences and time. Wifi excellent. Bed comfortable. No complaints. On my last day I left at 6.30 to catch a flight and they made me a breakfast to go which was delicious. Such friendly and kind hosts! Good location close to everything although not that close to the beach.

1. The villa is looking a bit dated, it doesn't take away from the experience, but could do with a spruce up and some maintenance. 2. The chef/villa meals are a bit limited and (in my opinion) fairly basic. They work for the $, but not gourmet meals. It would be good to offer more selection at a higher quality. - but as per my comment above, it is simple to head out or order in. 3. The kitchen area is not one you could sort out your own proper meals in. There are no basic condiments, the utensils are limited to a few blunt knives, 1 chopping board, 1 fry pan. I had hoped we could do some shopping and cook our own meals on a few occasions and whilst the kitchen should be good (it is big and has the appliances) the lack of cooking utensils means you can basically only chop up fruit!

The villa is really lovely, there were 4 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom - perfect for our extended family group. The pool and garden area were also really relaxing and well maintained. There is a large living/kitchen/dining wing for meals/lounging etc which is nice with high ceilings etc. The staff were wonderful, helping out promptly and whenever we requested anything, nothing was too much trouble and we found them extremely accommodating. Breakfast was included which was convenient. The villa is located in a busy area, although you cannot really hear it from where we were, there are a lot of eating options in close proximity as well as salons for massage etc. You can either go out for meals or order in, there is also a limited menu cooked by the chef provided by the villa (extra charge). There is some nice shopping nearby, but a bit limited. You need to taxi into Seminyak, Legian etc for a real retail fix. They provide a water fountain with cold, hot & normal temperature water which is very helpful & convenient. Having the concierge/reception available at all times does provide a measure of security and they are happy to assist with whatever is needed.

The staff were amazing throughout our stay. The property itself is in a great location for shopping and cafes in a short walking distance or the staff are available to take you in the vicinity by car. The Villa was clean, large rooms and bathrooms and the pool was amazing the photos do not do it justice. Would definitely recommend for any family. We had the 4 bedroom Villa to ourselves and was perfect for the family with a seperate dining area to the bedrooms.

Great location. Room are all really big and beds comfy. Outdoor area was really spacious and a great sized pool. The staff were incredible. They were happy to help out whenever needed and the cooked breakfast each morning was great. They let us stay until 6pm for free on the day of checkout and helped organize an airport shuttle.

When booking I thought you was getting the whole villa but this wasn't the case it was basically a room within a villa (unless your hiring all 4 rooms then you get the whole villa) so you are therefore sharing the pool, main living/dining room. The traffic at certain times of the day is VERY VERY BUSY! Wasn't a major fan of the shower and toilet which was half outside therefore it was very warm at night time and you have to make sure you close the door between the bathroom and bedroom otherwise the bugs will get in.

Reception was so welcoming and helpful, everyday if you have any questions they would go above and beyond to assist. Location - good as you have supermarkets, restaurants, Starbucks, massage parlour near by if you need to get anything. Main bedroom is nice and big, nice bed and has everything you need - always clean. Pool was nice, little small and got sun certain times of the day.

The staff is amazing, always happy and helpful. The breakfast is superb and plenty. Villas are large and spotless, we ended up coming back and booked directly with the property. Very private and cozy, away from noise and in a very central spot in Canggu. The bed is extra large and comfy, the shower has great pressure and hot water. One of the best place we have been around Bali!

honestly our favourite place while we were in Canggu. very considerate service. lovely bungalow. lounge to use for work. a lot of in house services available at reasonable prices. they even drop you off for free in the area.
