The check in process was a bit strange - we had pre-arranged with the resort that our plane would arrive late in the evening (10pm) and they assured us this was okay. We were met at the front desk by a man who was asleep when we arrived, and he was taking photos of us on his phone without asking/mentioning anything about it. Probably wouldn't recommend the spa services - we paid extra for a massage during our stay which was completed outside in the open in view of male construction workers next door, and the flimsy massage bed broke halfway through the massage

The location was perfect - a very short walk to many amazing cafes, restaurants, spas and bars/clubs. The accommodation itself was quite basic but really all we needed for relaxing days by the pool

There was no mirror in the room for makeup or viewing outfit which would make a huge difference and the wc kept flooding but the staff fixed it directly

The staff were really kind and super helpful they even gave us free massage session to compensate for the construction going on the property which wasn’t that noisy after all

The location was absolutely perfect and the property immaculate. The pool always felt quiet, like we had it to ourselves. The staff were lovely and attentive. I would definitely stay here when returning back to Canggu.

Bloom is a true boutique hotel in original Indonesian style, hidden away in a quiet sidestreet in the trendy, area to be in Canggu. The hotel is beautifully created and with great care designed. I really relaxed at the poolside, with super comfortable loungebeds, umbrellas, terrace and view at the greenery. The staff is more then friendly and are always willing and very happy to assist with anything.

My only suggestion would be check the towels as had a few holes in them and the lock on our door was a bit detached and needs replacing as it didn’t seem secure. But the place had security so we weren’t too concerned.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to pretty much everything in Canggu but was also very quiet and peaceful as it’s next to a little banana forest. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were small but had everything we needed and the bathroom was huge. Pool was great and although it was shared with the other guests we barely saw anyone else. I would definitely stay here again.

There are no mirrors in the bedrooms. The main bedroom in the 2 bedroom villa is a bit small and it's awkward to move around.

The beds are super comfortable. The decor and design is lovely. The pool was great. The staff are so accommodating and will help you with anything.

I would have liked yo have been to have breakfast at the property, but i understand that due to its (small) size this isn’t feasible. Lots of good places nearby anyway.

Everything. We stay at Bloom every time we visit. The staff is always amazing. And they have been with the property for years, which says a lot about Bloom. We will always stay in "our room" as the staff put it when we visit, whenever it's available.

The surroundings are so chilled, the pool is amazing and so warm, the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet, beds are very comfortable, pillows are the best, massive bathrooms, sun by the pool all day long, can hire a bike for £4 a day from reception, very reasonable, neat location for everything AAAA++++

They have a great area for yoga/pilates however it is not currently in use for classes. I had a small leak in my room that dripped water onto my bed after heavy rain fall, however the staff attended to this by clearing the roof of water once reported. I’m not sure the roof was fixed though.

A small community of individual rooms around a relaxing beautiful pool area. It was great to walk straight out of my room and step straight into the pool every morning. It was easy to meet the other guests around the pool area. The room was large, very comfortable and the bathroom was a highlight (huge!). The air con worked a treat. The location was perfect for Canggu and places I wanted to visit with some easy breakfast spots next door.

Fireworks every night from surrounding venues. Every night, for hours. No bin in room, only in bathroom.

Perfect location, quiet and away from the street so you don't hear any noise. Room was perfect size for two, well appointed and very clean. Pool lounge chairs were set out each day for us just outside the room. Staff were very attentive, kind, friendly and helpful. Great location and easy walking distance to all main places in Canggu and the beach.

The staff has always been very helpful, the location was outstanding - very close to the beach and all the restaurants, clubs, etc but it felt very secluded at the same time due to the hotel being at the end of a small street. Very comfortable sun beds, frequent maintenance of the shared areas, beautiful room.

Not a lot of room to leave your bag. The bathroom is huge, so that could have been more efficient. But it is value for money.

The staff! They are beyond friendly and in for a joke and laugh. This is the vibe you want when you arrive from the airport, and have a long trip ahead. Very close to the beach and some hotspots in Canggu. You will not regret staying with these smiley people.

Didnt have a little restaurant but that was fine due to the places close by ( kynd and alkalize restaurant was my favourite).

Such an amazing stay. Wish we stayed longer. Extremely convenient location, being walkable to beach and shops. We hired a scooter that was easy to navigate. Bedroom was big, the bathroom was large too! Had the best nights sleep as its in a quiet pocket and they have nice water feature which helped me sleep solid 10 hours! Keep up the great work, ill be back- holidays are meant for pool side chilling. This was exactly what we could do at this place.
