We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

QatarNo lift. My mom who is elderly had to go up and down the stairs. As per my brother feedback the AC inside the single room was cold and could not be adjusted.
I booked 02 rooms for my family as they would have early morning flight. Decent rooms and clean. Overall it is decent airport transit hotel with friendly staffs.

The facility good for budget travel. Although there is no elevator during my stay (may 2024), but the staff (Mr Yanto & coworkers) is nice, responsive and patient enough to helping me going upstairs. I’m a wheelchair user btw.

FranceOn the website I didn’t understand that I booked for a sofa bed and not a room. If you take the sofa bed option you do have a restroom but no shower. They gave you a blanket but you need to have a good hoodie of your own If you don’t want to freeze (to much AC)
The hotel is in Terminal 1, so close to the airport and others Terminal. But you still need to take a Taxi if you want to go To the others Terminal.

SwedenThe shuttle train system that transports passengers to and from different terminals doesn't operate 24 hours. I needed to order a taxi to get me to my terminal on time the next morning as it wasn't operating. What's the point of having an airport shuttle train if it doesn't operate when passengers are arriving and departing at all hours?

IndonesiaOnly the location that is upstairs and no lift to bring our luggage. But the staff is happy to help so it wasn't a big problem.
They upgraded me to a superior room for free. I came around 2 AM and was super tired, but the staff helped me take my luggage upstairs. The facilities are just enough for a short stay while waiting for our next flight. They provided 2 bottled water, a water heater, tea, sugar, and coffee. They also provided me with clean towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap. I slept for around 6 hours without any distraction and woke up refreshed.
