Location is closed to Sunset Rd, easily accessible by car to Seminyak, Kuta, Legian area. Many convenient stores and restaurants within the hotel proximity. Underground parking available for free for hotel customers. Room's big enough for two. Clean and neat. Toileteries are provided so there's no need to worry about that. They offer variety of tv channels. Staffs are friendly and polite.

Some of the buffet food was cold and breakfast would like to see more variety of cut up fruit, yoghurt and muesli/granola.

Fabulously friendly staff and great service. Many went out of their way to assist us and meet our requests. The meditation room is awesome 🤩

Breakfast was almost same every single day. I feel the kitchen can do better rest. It was very good.

I want to share my awesome experience at this hotel. Staff makes this hotel as a five star experience . Very friendly and efficient staff. Very welcoming can’t remember everyone’s name, but each individual is outstanding in their role. Special mention to Rian at swimming pool bar and duty managers at the receptions are outstanding as well. Even the rooms were very clean and friendly housekeeping staff. Only one suggestion I have for kitchen Making breakfast, please change the menu every day or so. Because it could be boring If you stay for a week. Otherwise, overall experience outstanding. I didn't like the location, It's well located if you want to be in central Kuta but if you want to be near the Kuta, legian beach than it becomes far. Also, the towels could've been whiter

The breakfast here is amazing, is a buffet, with many options. They even have dumplings, and crepes. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable with huge beds. Ask for a room with a view to the java bar, these are biggers than the room with pool view. The Staff are adorable, very friendly and always wanting to help.

The location wasn’t great but ok if you have your own transport.

I really liked the fact that they don’t use plastic water bottles in the room and use large refillable water containers. It is a great for the environment.

The noodle soup served during breakfast time is too salty and no cotton pad ready in the room.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice pool view from the room as well.

Everything was from good to very good, really.... The whole hotel, I think, is ready for some physical sprucing-up....But then, most probably, room rates will increase if they do that.... Right now, value for money is good for the rates we paid.

Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fast wifi. Friendly staff. Good location. Near-by places to eat/dine. Everday change of towels and room cleaning is good. A good, hassle-free stay. I will recommend to friends.

The food was great. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant menus was great. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The staff were very helpful.

Breakfast is very poor quality. Friday barbeque dinner is waste of money.

Housekeeping is excellent. Transport provided by hotel is nice. Driver Mr. Wyan is very excellent, very friendly and helpful. All staff are good.

The friendly staff is unbeatable, they all super helpful and make my stay feel okay. Front Office Staff, most of them are great and I am happy to shout out loudly that FO staff namely Mr. Krisna is super amazing, helpful and he deserve to nominee employee of the month/year. FB Staff, Mba Giwang is the winner, she know's what i want without asking and she's greet me every morning with my name, Pak Dar, is also great and offer me a help every morning when I have a breakfast, and the rest of FB staff is super awesome and i cant recall their name one by one! Overall, good stay at this hotel.

They gave me bad milk when I order some room service, but the way they respond to my complain is very professional, salute to the team. The TV still regular tv, it should replace to smart tv nowadays.

The room is very nice, the touch of portable speakers gives a personal and nice touch. The water gallon is very clever, very sustainable living and nice to have

There could have been a hand shower in the bathroonear the toilet.

Breakfast was kind of good, cinnamon rolls were that not soft. Soup also not as I expected.

The live band playing till almost 10 in the evening. If you need to get up at 4 am to get to the airport, a little bit more sleep would be nicer. Was also the closest room to the lobby with music and the elevator, very noisy.
