The sea is not really accessible, especially at low tide.

This resort is amazing. The staff is the friendliest I have ever seen, everyone is super helpful and nice. The rooms with the outdoor bathrooms are super cozy. We had the room with pool access, which I would recommend as you have access to afternoon tea and the quieter part of the resort with a big pool. The food in the restaurant is also amazing.

We have fallen in love with this place! 100% sure we will be back here one day… Everything here is perfect, rooms are taking good care not only during the day, but even they prepare everything for the night, the food is very delicious, location/interior is very romantic, the staff is amazing (missing you all already), they always helped us with questions, recommendations, arranged needed transports very professionally, etc. We truly had an amazing time here while being in Gili T, felt like home! Wanted to say thank you once again for everything, will be missing… Judita and Teo!

Missed the beachfront to be on the actual sea! There is a busy road crossing over.

Hadi was a top player! Very kind and professional bell boy! Location was super on the “couples” side of the beach. The best hotel we went too until now. Restaurant service was very good and very good quality even if the prices were more or less european rates. Room was luminous, clean and tidy.

One small thing was we were given a free meal as we stayed for 6 nights but did not feel very welcome when we took it Guy who offered it us would not let us book a table to use it when we went back to see him and we had to sit on uncomfortable seats with no lift to see what we were eating Maybe do not offer this if do not want people to take it ?

The beach isn’t swimmable, it’s low tide during the day and full of rocks, not a huge issue though, it’s only a short bike ride to the areas you can swim in

I loved the beach front location away from the main strip by the ferry wharf. The pool and sun beds were perfect and the swim up bar and restaurant made it easy to eat and drink at the resort!

The only thing that upset me slightly was the use of horses, whilst this isn’t anything to do with Kardia specifically, it did put a slightly taint on the trip, we were having breakfast and saw one man get off the cart and beat/ whip the horse in punishment - we know that the horses are not treated well enough in Gili T and I didn’t see any horses drink a drop of water during my whole stay there, some frothing at the mouth and looking very tired and hot with sometimes 6 people and cases on the carts which is very distressing to see. Kardia is a 30 minute walk from the harbour which my boyfriend and I endured as we were not comfortable at all with using the horses. It would be nice if hotels put more pressure on the horse taxis to create better care for horses, and perhaps even have a water bucket outside the hotel and encourage the men to allow their horses to drink it. I think this will put a lot of guests at ease and I know many people who refuse to come to Gili T at all due to the treatment of horses. Again, Kardia was a wonderful place to say but I cried at breakfast seeing someone whip a horse in front of the hotel.

Very beautiful property at day and night, the room was spacious with lots of very lovely touches like fruit, a cake on our last night, flowers, gowns, very comfortable and large bed. The way the place lights up at nighttime is just gorgeous and the staff make it even better, they were all so friendly from start to finish, they are a credit to the hotel! We also enjoyed the fire dance in the restaurant on our last night. We wish we had stayed longer than 3 nights and we will definitely be coming back to Kardia if we return to Gili T.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed as if we were family and the bond grew stronger every day making it very hard to leave. The staff felt like friends and treated you the same. We wanted to give everyone of them a hug for making our stay so memorable. Facilities were perfect and well maintained. If there was an issue it was resolved straight away. We will be there again very soon because it will be hard to choose anywhere else. The location was perfect for us. Away from the busy areas of the island however if you needed to get to somewhere it was only a short bike ride away (bikes are available to hire from the resort). The bar/restaurant served beautiful meals and had a selection for everyone. The fire dancers on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays were amazing to watch. There was acoustic live music every night & got everyone involved. The sunsets… well what more could you want (facing west). This is a truly beautiful property and I would not have any hesitation in recommending it to anyone. A very special place!! Very sad to leave :(

The only few things i didn't like: - towels was not clean(( - there was no beach , maybe because of the season...but the pool was good)

The hotel is very cozy, rooms are clean considering that it's Lombok , which is not clean in general) We were very surprised to find such a nice and clean place for this budget!) The stuff is cool! Verry attentive, organization is very good in this hotel! Especialy welcoming part with free massage after long trip!)Food is okay, not bad , but nothing special , mainly local food )Everything was exactly like in the pictures!)

Kardia is a wonderful newly built resort on the west side of Gili T. The Resort itself is very nice and perfect for those looking to be in a slightly less busy part of the Gili Islands. You could spend all day here with the Pool (with swim up bar) looking over the beach and towards the sunset. Quiet and relaxing side of the island meant it was the perfect place to relax and chill. Great Honeymoon destination The rooms are spacious and clean, bed was large and comfortable and the bathrooms were awesome too ! The staff were amazing and super helpful. Wifi was okay - breakfast options were good (recommend including in your booking) Can hire bikes from right outside - made it easier to get around - particularly if you wanted to eat on the other side of the island, although there are still many options close to Kardia Fire dancing, live music and of course great sunsets right from the resort!

The villas are staggered so some of the ‘sea view’ villas are set very far back.

Absolutely loved it here - favourite hotel of the trip. Great happy hour with very tasty cocktails, delicious food and lovely swim up bar. Staff are super lovely. Breakfast delicious (best we had in Indonesia) and very generous. Lovely rooms and we loved the outdoor bathroom concept. It’s far from the harbour but super easy to get a horse taxi or rent bikes. We will 100% be back!!
