The rooms are a bit small if you decide to share

So much to do at this property and everything is so well kept with quality food and great service entertainment …. Excellent !!!

Only complaints would be: 1. The dogs. I did not like leaving the kids in the kids area (skate park) with the dogs barking at them and hanging around. 2. There was a music festival both nights we stayed at your accommodation. I know that the festival had nothing to do with your accommodation and the staff were very apologetic about this which was appreciated but my husband and I were awake till midnight both nights. We were ok with this as the kids still slept. I have worked in the accommodation industry my working life and as I would not expect an upgrade at all, a room further away from that area would have made a huge difference to our stay. As your occupancy was below half I thought this should have been offered for us to have a more enjoyable stay.

We found the food to be more expensive than most places in Bali especially when adding tax and service charge to each meal. Some of the facilities are due for an upgrade, like bathrooms.

The staff went above and beyond. We also loved the facilities like the gym etc and had a really good stay. My husband surfs and enjoyed the waves everyday. It seems great for kids, we hope to return with our kids one day.

There is nothing to not like.

The property is an tranquil oasis. A sense of calm as you enter reception envelopes the whole hotel. Staff are so polite and friendly and make you feel so welcome. We have been going g back to Komune now for years and it is still as beautiful as the first day we went.

We had a wonderful holiday! A great place for non surfing partners. Easy to be healthy and relax. Massages were excellent.

There was no fans in the restaurant.

The rooms and massage/beauty were excellent. The environ was very oretty. The feeling of security was first class. The staff were also excellent.

A bit far from the crowds and towns, but this is what I was looking for.

The gym is wonderful and well equipped. I enjoyed my fitness classes there by an Indonesian instructor. Food is excellent, a great variety of healthy options. My absolute fav drink was cocopresso (coconut and espresso), the list was endless. The beach looks great for surfing, but it’s not suitable for a swim and even walking isn’t that pleasant, but this I knew in advance. A beautiful spa, had a lovely a treatment in there. I appreciated the silence boards there, the staff really wants to ensure you can have a quiet, relaxing rejuvenating time in this resort. A lot of toddlers around, but they all looked happy - who wouldn’t in such a lovely place?!

I guess the only thing was the loud music at the pool by the beach and the price was very high but i guess that was because we were here around NY eve

the health hub is great. tons of options if you're a vegan or vegetarian. also there are like a lot of people to help you everywhere. the gym is sooooo big. it's a dream for every sport enthusiast

This is the second time I have stayed here - staff even remembered!! I stayed in the beach front room with my own pool. Could see the surfers right from the room. Great for relaxing - this resort isn't close to anything, about 30 minutes from Sanur. Food is super healthy and delicious, and if you are j to gym and yoga- this is definitely the place for you. Had an issue with my room, and the staff fixed it up straight away.

My only thing i would of liked, is a filtered water refill station. So we didn't need to buy water constantly. I always carry a drink bottle to save on bottles, plastic or glass, its all still single use. If you had a family it would be extremely hard and expensive to keep them hydrated.

Everything was excellent. The food and service was on point! Loved the view and being to able to relax around a pool with food and drink is so fun.

Not much not to like. Complaining about a property being big and spacious and having to walk a little bit is not really a complaint.

Pool front rooms are well worth the upgrade. My 3rd stay here and the first time in the upgraded rooms. Staff is all extremely friendly and helpful and everything is always clean. Will be returning again.

A bit remote from other restaurants and shops for walking but drivers always available at reasonable price

We held our daughter's wedding at Komune on Nov 4th. The hotel organised the whole lot. Excellent coordination and quality. Beautiful location overlooking beach, which always had good surf for the guys. The staff are so friendly and many available to always help. Food fantastic with two restaurants available Everyone had spa treatments the day before. Highly recommend for wedding destination

Not much I didn’t like about the property, only wished we could have stayed longer.

This accomodation was amazing. The food was so good and the staff were so friendly (they went above and beyond). Being right on the beach was awesome.I was able to relax by the pool while husband could surf right out the front where I could watch him get some good waves. Also the spa was soooo good. Couples Balinese massage highly recommend.
