My second room only had wooden doors and windows so I had no way of letting in natural light without also letting bugs in. It's a shame because otherwise these rooms are a really nice design.

This is one of my favourite places to stay in Canggu. Great location. It's tucked away enough that is feels quiet and peaceful but it's only a short walk to anything you need. Communal pool is a good size with plenty of comfy day beds. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Laundry service was fast and cheap.

The wifi was bad in my room, it made it near impossible to work, I could not do video calls. Also because the common area was very chill I didn't want to go sit out there and annoy people on my work calls. Wifi was fine if I wasn't working. I do believe if I was in a different room this would not have been a problem. There are 2 distinct types of rooms, on one side of the pool there were more modern looking rooms with glass sliding doors, and I believe these rooms had better wifi because you could see it popping up when you were in the common area. However, the majority of the rooms are on the side where I was staying, which do not have modern doors and windows. Almost no windows. These also let in lots of bugs, flies that would enter through the opening to the bathroom from the back alley and mosquitos, which there were lots of in the evening.

This guest house was in a great area for me, close to my gym, lots of good restaurants and walking distance to the beach and other parts of Canggu. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made a lovely simple breakfast. The pool was welcoming to relax by and the grounds were well kept and the whole vibe was nice and chill. I would say better than the pictures let you believe because the outdoor walkways have been improved, the landscaping has grown in and is very lush and pretty, there are also charming details around everywhere. The bed was comfortable. The room looked cool with old school wooden doors and an updated bathroom. The overall value was great.

The doors do not fully close which allows mosquitoes inside. My advise to the guest house would be to hang up mosquitoe nets over the beds.

The service is simply perfect. Everything is available. You can rent a scooter, have breakfast and they even do your laundry. The pool is lovely and the rooms are comfortable. Very nice showers.

Our stay at Lemon Guest House was very good. The staff was incredibly nice and happy to help (we had an issue with AC in our room which needed up being fixed within few hours). The accommodation is located very centrally, close to the beach, lots of cafes and restaurants.

The property is divided into two buildings, one of them is light and airy and the other is a brick building with only two wooden windows and old wooden doors which are beautiful I might add but not very functional as they didn't keep mosquitos out. Perhaps adding screens or hanging netting around the bed would have been helpful? When you book there didn't seem to be an option on being in one building vs the other? Some people may not care too much about this but it just felt like we were sleeping in a dark basement being in the brick room. The mattresses were also quite hard and this is coming from someone who prefers a more firm mattress in general (again this will be a personal preference thing). There was also a lot of hair stuck to our shower wall upon arrival which we found a bit off putting. I do wanna end with the fact the staff here were SO friendly, there were just some things about the property we thought could be improved upon to make a persons stay a bit better.

The pool and courtyard area is beautiful, we actually ended up spending a good chunk of time by the poolside. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to see or do. The staff were quite friendly throughout the time we were there.

AC is facing straight on the bed which isn’t that pleasant, the bed itself isn’t comfy, neither are the pillows. Also the bathroom has the worst urine smell. given the price u can definitely expect better.

Great location, central but still super quiet. the best part about this place is the staff, they literally cannot do enough for you and are so quiet and accommodating. they took a last minute request for a special birthday set up in the room for my partner and they exceeded my expectations with petals swan towels on the bed along with decorated beers! the place has a super chilled atmosphere with people chatting and listening to music by the pool getting served coconuts and beers from the beer. if you’re looking to get away from the craziness of Canggu without actually leaving, this is the perfect place for you

The hotel is well located in the center of Canggu. The staff is very helpful, we booked with them a bike and surf lessons. The room is cleaned and bed is comfortable. Highly recommended for a short stay in Canggu.
