There is no safe to keep your valuables! The rooms are quite old, definitely nothing like the advertised photos. A revamp would definitely be beneficial. Also the sheets and some towels were stained - time for some new ones.

The hotel location is great - short walk to the beach and also into the Main Street which has lots of nice shops & restaurants! Staff were lovely & welcoming! The pool is also beautiful.

Breakfast not a buffet and selections limited and small portions Linen wash washed but stained. No hand towels were provided. No alcoholic drinks only small fridge with Bintang beer No drink service.

Pool was clean and the staff were friendly and accomadating. Staff were quick to respond the emails and requests. Airport shuttle was prompt and easy to find at the airport. Gardens were maintained beautifully.

Rundown hotel which is a bit overpriced for what they can offer. AC is not cold enough, bathroom old and rusty, etc.

We honestly do not have any complaints about the place in itself. The only minor inconvenience we've had during our stay was completely unrelated to the hotel. It was just a great stay!

The location is fantastic (and the gang it is located in is so lovely, with plenty of flowers. Very colorful!), So close to the beach, which allowed us to go to sunrise every morning! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and very filling! The pool is big and clean. We were very surprised at how good this hotel is. The people are lovely and it is very quiet yet so central. We will definitely go back!

Everything. I always stay here although its been 5yrs since last visit. Pool upgrade, breakfast upgrade since last time. I'd now say they have the best breakfast in Bali!

Rooms were very tired, bathroom old and the tile grout and floor surrounds were discoloured and mouldy, shower over the bath was slippery and the drain was blocked. We notified reception but the drain blocked again . Breakfast was quite ordinary. For the price of the room we expected more than was offered.

Nothing it was a perfect stay for us 2 ladies .

Everything, we were greeted by the lovely Darmi, she made us welcome from the minute we arrived. The staff are all very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The hotel is kept to a very high standard, the location is perfect . I can't stress enough to have a stay here . Thankfully we chose this as our last stay after touring Bali and Gilli Islands . Sanur it self is a great place with a nice vibe .
