Great little guesthouse in a fantastic location in Ubud. Lovely owners too. The heart of Ubud is on your doorstep but the guesthouse is tucked away so no noise. Definitely recommend.

Cons: As the property is available at an affordable price, the options for breakfast are very limited. Few facilities are not available in the fridge and TV.

Pros: Walking distance to Ubud main market. Near restaurants, cafes, and other shops. Property owners are very good and caring. Price is very affordable compared to other big hotels in Ubud.

The location in the middle of Ubud is good, but the streets are very busy with a lot of traffic. We got used to that anyway.

There was not an adequate supply of drinking water.

The rooms were set back from the road in a beautiful garden. The rooms and the garden were immaculate. The staff were helpful and obliging. Breakfast was typical for Bali but the owner supplied real Balinese coffee.

The owners were fabulous, very kind and accommodating. It was such a nice touch to have breakfast served right outside your room and the hotel is located just off the main street but away from any street noise.

The twin bedroom. The single bed sags in the middle and is uncomfortable after wake up feel backache.

Good location, the couples of the owner is very warm. Balcony have good view. Every morning can hear the birds singing. Extra bonus passion fruits trees infront of the balcony. Simple breakfast but very nice. Tq

We loved our stay here! We ended up booking 2 extra nights because it was so peaceful and a great location. Clean, looks just like the photos, and delicious breakfast. The staff were so helpful and had lots of great recommendations. We definitely recommend going along to the fire dance at the temple - it's just up the road! Highly recommend and we would love to come back.

The reception and guest houses were a little difficult to initially find, as the guesthouses are located behind a salon/spa. It could do with better signage between the street and desk to indicate, but there were always plenty of locals around to ask and point you in the right direction.

I generally do not give top marks, certainly not in all categories, but I cannot say enough good things about this place. The woman that runs it is so friendly and engaged, she asks about your trip, and shows genuine interest in you. She's always around to ask questions. Great working air-conditioner. Clean bathroom with extractor fan and shower divide. Beautiful, large room with exceptional lighting. Delicious breakfast with options.

Just a bit of noise from 6am...roosters and construction starts about 7am. Beds are on the firm side.

Great, central location, nice modern rooms, lovely family and breakfast. Hot shower with great pressure. Lockable cupboards. Highly recommend the Sun Spa next door too.

Lovely owner, really comfortable and clean rooms, fast internet and tasty breakfast. The neighbourhood is very quiet, no roosters, the only thing you can hear is the koi pond in the garden. We spent the Silent Day there and they took a really good care of us, the dinner was sooo yummy 😍 Thank you Carmini for everything 🙏

My room was right across the small fountain. It was on whole night, bit noisy. Told them about it and they promised to fix it.

Great location just two minutes walk to the center of Ubud. Nice and clean room, AC works good, hot water with good pressure.

In room 1 air conditioner didn't cool down the room well enough, however, in room 4 - worked well without problems.

Great location - close to palace, rice terrace, restaurants and other places of interest. Clean room. Nice terrace especially with the view on the second floor. Super welcoming and friendly owners, answered all our requests.

Very kind and helpful family, helped us to book activities, provided a taxi service and laundry for us. Location was superb, very close to all Ubud hot spots! Very good value for money, nice breakfast, clean room and very comfortable bed. Great AC also.

Very quaint accommodation tucked in a quiet oasis and surrounded by greenery. Convenient location yet maximum privacy. Aircon was cool enough and shower was hot with good pressure. Friendly staff. Simple but yummy breakfast. Super value for money, great for groups/families as you can book adjacent rooms in the house and dine together right outside the room

We liked our stay in Taman Ayu, everyone was nice with us. The room is nice and had a terrace in front of a little garden. The breakfast was great too!

There were marks of humidity on some walls, but I guess it’s very common in Bali…

The room was very clean and had everything you’d need. It also had a beautiful terrace in front of a peaceful fountain that made having breakfast there particularly enjoyable. The best part about my stay was the kindness and hospitality of the staff/owner. I highly recommend staying here!
