My one complaint was my room was very musty smelling when I first entered it. Once the air conditioner was turned on and the room aired out it did improve. Air freshener also helped to hide the smell. The room needs to be properly aired and the damp in the walls sealed properly.

The property was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Towels were of good quality as was the bedding. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and The bathroom was clean. The supply of body wash, shampoo and conditioner including a hair dryer were much appreciated.

We had some days out and in the taxi journey there was lots of traffic getting home. This is probably the case for anywhere in Ubud though. So it is what it is.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean and peaceful. It was close to the restaurants. Ubud was very safe in general and me and my partner felt comfortable here at all times of the day.

Everything was wonderful...really.

What a pleasant place to stay...great Bali vibe. Traditional Bali architecture off a quiet one-way street and a scenic path back to the hotel. The hotel sits on the edge of a deep gorge which the breakfast table overlooks. Everything about this property exceeded our expectations... super clean, super friendly and helpful staff, good a/c, great breakfast with view, the tranquil setting. We loved this property and it was a GREAT value. Thanks Tigata.

Noticed bathroom wasn't very clean

Central location but tucked away in a quiet, peaceful oasis. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, great pool overlooking jungle and spacious rooms.

This property was a great little find! Location is excellent- Short walk and you are in the hustle and bustle of Ubud, but the hotel itself is down a quiet street surrounded by jungle. So best of both words. Rooms were comfortable/ good facilities. Nice pool/ lounge area. Staff were super friendly and helpful. You are staying on the family's property so feels a touch more personal / authentic as well

Breakfast could be with more options / larger choice but having all those restaurants and breakfast places around, it’s difficult to come up with something even better.

Ideally located, 5 min walk to the main street and Ubud palace but still very calm and peaceful place.

The staff here were so friendly and accomodating. They always helped us if we had any questions and went above and beyond for us. The accomodation was beautiful and is only short walk to the centre which was very convenient. 10/10

A little to far away if you want to walk everywhere. Like out for dinner or going out for a massage. And a lot of stair if you are not on the ground floor.

Well situated in ubud - walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants. However the place is off the main road and more like a home stay, hidden behind the family home. We felt very safe and welcomed at the property. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The rooms were cleaned daily and the pool is fantastic! We also extended our stay by a night which was easy to arrange with the staff.

The staff were lovely, always helpful and attentive and went the extra mile for us. Lovely, spacious rooms. Such a good location in Ubud, it’s set back from the road so it’s nice and quiet but great to walk into the centre and amazing restaurants around!

We got the lower room, in which you could smell the mold strongly, it was very unpleasant especially when sleeping. It's a shame, because otherwise the accommodation is nice and in a good location.

A local run homestay just up a hill out of the centre of the busy traffic (and blimey is it busy) of Ubud. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and central area is great to relax in after a day wandering around the markets & rice paddies in the heat. Highly recommend!

there wasn't anything in particular. the pool was maybe a little small but i didn't use it at all as i was out and about all day.

i loved the location as it was so close to restaurant and the ubud palace. I also loved that it was a bit off the main road and therefore quiet and peaceful. my balcony was facing the beautiful backyard with a view on the jungle and pool.
