There were not many channel options in the television. Fittings are old. The water pressure in the shower was so poor. We ordered room service for dinner on one of the nights. We informed housekeeping once we were done. However the tray of food was not removed even until the next morning when we woke up for breakfast. Given that it was a resort, we were worried about insects and small creatures going for the exposed tray of food.

The front desk staff and the staff at the dining outlets were polite and generally helpful.

The food at Taman Sari wasn't that great compared to the Selera Restaurant at Nongsapoint Marina. The star attraction 220m jetty was not accessible due to upgrading. The main swimming pool were still not in operation.

Request for king size bed was granted. Thank you. Room was clean and amenities were all in place. We love the huge bathroom of the Riani. The concierge staffs were very helpful. Overall, a very satisfying stay at the resort.

Not much activities in the resort in weekdays. The bar is only opened on weekend nights, so weekdays will be more bored if you are looking for things to do. No bathtub in the room.

Resort is situated at the Nongsa area, away from the city, which makes is an idyllic and secluded resort. We went on weekday which was very quiet, had the resort almost to ourselves. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We had our room upgraded and the beachfront room was a bliss in front of the sea. Grab is easy to get, travel to city centre takes about half an hour.

Stayed in new wing-‘nice. Went on an off peak part of week and was upgraded to pool n sea view on 2nd floor- v convenient n had high roof. Spacious , clean w good fluffed up pillows.Italian food n breakfast were pretty good too.

The only setback is the variety of food from menu is very limited. Events should not cater only on weekends but then again I guess it all depends on the occupancy rate.

Both my spouse & myself have been coming back every year thus concludes my ❤️ for this resort. its quiet and secluded hence it serves very well for people who wants their ME time. Service is excellent.

When events are on, its a shame that some areas could not be used by customers. eg. Island bar. It would be good to have a shop where we could buy water etc. Drinks are expensive!

I saw monkeys loitering around which I find it is not safe, especially this resort is very family orientated.

The room is well kept. I have stayed the same room for the past 10 years and it has been upgraded and well keeping.

The resort is quite dated and could use some love and maintenance. The only thing that was quite annoying was the fact that there were only 10 (old) sun loungers and a couple of cabanas around the pool- very few considering how many guests there were! We managed to get loungers but some didn’t get so lucky. Also the pool bar ‘ran out of drinks’ by 4 pm which was strange because you can get drinks all over the resort, sure enough they would have had some lying around somewhere!

The location is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the view was amazing - definitely worth booking a room with sea view! We did not fully understand the dinner/restaurant situation but on our second night we had dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant and it was excellent. The breakfast buffet is great with freshly made omelettes and a wide range of choices from all continents. We booked a couple’s massage and it was very relaxing. We had a lovely time at the resort.

Room fecilities is bit old, so it makes the room does not look that clean. But it's actually cleaned.

We were very disappointed with the dinners we had. The Italian restaurant serves frozen pizza and tasteless risotto.

The prices for food and drinks are on the higher side.

It was a great stay. The rooms are huge, very modern, comfortable and have a beautiful view on the sea. The breakfast has many varieties and I especially liked the BBQ by the pool side on Saturday evening. Also their watersport offer is great, from jetski over kayaking to wakeboarding. It is a great resort to relax, do watersports or play golf.

The rooms seem a little outdated and need some repairs. Our dinner experience wasn’t great at the Teppanyaki restaurant. Food and staff were fine but the dining experience wasn’t what was advertised, we didn’t have a chef to cook in front of us.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The pool was excellent and room location perfect. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

I sustained quite a number of mosquito bites during my stay at Turi Beach Resort. The location of the resort is quite a distance away from the nearest mall or city center.

The service provided at Turi Beach Resort was really good. I was served a chilled glass of lemongrass drink upon my arrival. Overall, I would mention that the resort was very-well maintain. I will definitely consider going back to Turi Beach Resort again.
