Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

New ZealandThe villa is beautiful, open and airy. It is close to a variety of places to eat but in a quiet and peaceful little road. The villa is well equipped and plenty of place for clothing storage in the bedrooms. Beautiful walks and scenery right on the doorstep. Sura and his team provided exceptional hospitality and always willing to help whenever advice or assistance was needed.

BelgiumThe kindness and dedication of Sura and Agus. They took care of us from our arrival to the airport, then the boat transfer and the booking of all activities/transport during our stay. The location is ideal, close to wild Sandy beach and its massive waves. The island is small, easy to reach any spot from the villa. We will miss it.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Escape. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The place was sparkling clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Special mention to Sura, the villa manager, and his team that made us feel very welcomed and looked after. There was an option to have breakfast organised for us for a small additional fee but we actually decided to eat out. We enjoyed staying on that side of the island that we find much quieter than Jungutbatu. We recommend to have diner at The Sandy Beach Club which is within walking distance. Delicious food and great atmosphere. The villa staff arranged a scooter rental for us - definitely the best way to explore Lembongan and the neighbouring island of Nusa Ceningan that you can access via the yellow bridge. The reservation team made the arrangement for our return boat transfer. They were very responsive and made the whole process very smooth and easy. Villa Escape was the last villa we stayed in before returning home and was by far the best accomodation of our holidays in Indonesia. We'll be back!!

This was the ideal accommodation to enjoy Nusa Lembongan with our adult son and his partner. The Villa is well stocked and well appointed, right next door to the Sandy Bay Beach Club. 2 separate bedrooms with king size beds. We were superbly looked after by Villa Manager, Agus, who ensured our visit was drama free. Highly recommend.
