In the evening, we went for a drink at the bar. There was 1 barman. We were waiting nearly 30 minutes for our drinks as it was table service. Other people complained to the waiters, some people left. The staff were very nice but 1 barman is not sufficient.

The views and food were gorgeous. The hotel over looks the lake with seating next to it to enjoy

Quite expensive for the amenities, you’re really paying for the view. The spa facilities are separate to the pool and jacuzzi, which is quite odd. The views from the non-lakeside rooms are horrible (car park and a roof)

Views are incredible (if you get the right room, otherwise they are awful). Dining is brilliant at all venues on site, but you must book in advance for busy times. Parking is easy and includes EV chargers.

I upgraded to a lake view which made the break so special. The view was out of this world because the weather was excellent. The comfort of the hotel room was superb. It was so relaxing. Just what we needed.

Staff in the hotel could not have been nicer. Attention to detail was outstanding, and service in the restaurant was amazing. The maitre'd' look after our dinner service. He could not have been more professional, and his attention to detail, even all our questions, out did other 5 star hotels I've stayed in. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Housekeeping was a bit shoddy sometimes. We had to ask for it to be fixed (at which point it got fixed)

View from the room was great! Staff was amazing (special mention to the restaurant and lounge staff). Breakfast was really good.

The food there was probably the worst food we had on our whole trip. The room was upgraded with certain amenities but seemed to be stuck in the early 2000s with thick silver mirrors and wall mount lighting around the bathtub. There was also a lot of stains on our carpet since it was white

Total bill was a bit more than expected. But... we were celebrating after all😁 The seal around the balcony door in our room should be looked after, felt windy gusts in the evening.

We spent there a night for our wedding anniversary. Got spa treatment, then dinner at the restaurant. Were treated very lovely.

Our room had lovely views out onto the lake. The room was fabulous, although a little too warm throughout the night. The hotel had a private taxi service and dropped guests into town which i thought was a nice addition to our stay

The pool area could do with some updating. I think it was a little overpriced for what was offered. The dinner/bar area was ok but the more expensive resteraunt seemed to be closed so the couple who were eating with that menu were in the bar restaurant with a white sheet on their table to differentiate between the tables. I wouldn’t be too happy with that if I was paying those prices.

The staff were extremely nice. Really great service. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The views are also gorgeous.
