Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt was bought out by Riu Plaza company which is a huge chain across the globe. Renovations cost about 7 million which is cheap for such a huge hotel. The renovations could have been better considering this is a landmark hotel. There is no spa, robes, slippers, or bottled water in hotel room. For paying 340 dollars for one night, I’d expect that. Staff was also hard to get a hold of with a reservation that was already booked which somehow was canceled due to the front desk misunderstanding and somewhat difficulties with language barrier.
Right in town, beautiful lobby, and of course a landmark hotel. Rooms were clean . Staff was friendly enough. Taxi service was great and breakfast was included which was yummy !

IrelandBar/Restaurant staff were exceptionally busy, in fact staff were running over and back they were that busy. Slight wait at the bar at lunch time.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location as we were within walking distance of where we needed to be. Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size. Toilet/shower were clean. No noise during the night. Bar was beautiful. Breakfast was beautiful and plentiful. Will stay here again if back in the city.

AustraliaMeals at Paddy's Bar were fairly ordinary, salmon meal was quite stodgy and sea bream was very small. The menu was limited.
Breakfast was great - especially in the more open Toddy's Bar with windows to the street. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were very helpful, and from different countries.
