Nothing it was all very good / slightly pricey but I think that’s the market not the hotel. I think it was mark to market.

The location close to market, sea and transportation. In cool hipster artisan culture area. The manager is a gem who helped me set up taxi app and organise my travel. They even had the channels in French for me -nice touch.

There was enough dust on lampshades and ventilator. Cafe downstairs was not serving breakfast as it was last year. The guy on the reception was not very client friendly.

Location is nice, the building itsef is beautiful and very atmospheric. It was quite quiet as the cafe downstairs was not properly working. Larisaon reception was very kind and helpful all the time ❤️ Snow white bedding is one of the best parts of the hotel 😍

It was a bit noisy from the fellow guests in the hallway, and the curtains don’t fully cover the windows for blackout sleeping conditions. There factors were not make or break for us, and we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the listing to others!

Loved the preserved historical building! The hosts were fabulous, really welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The room was small but tastefully decorated. Bed was really comfy and the large screen tv on an adjustable arm was a nice touch. Location was amazing, and when the pedestrian walkway on Allenby will be completed it will be all the more prime!

Light switches located at strange locations, as the electrical sockets, but we managed to get around it. The balcony was small for no reason because it is the roof of the floor downstairs. The fridge was a bit noisy. Area under constructions so not the best sight from the window. The online checkin was confusing and not relevant if you book thru booking, nice thing to point out in bold and maybe not send it to guests from booking.

Clean, Comfy, Good location that is close to everything. Staff is really really nice and accommodating, we were offered free wine and cheeses and in the morning they have some baked goods. Coffee and tea was really good and refreshed each cleanup. The ceiling fan was a great touch to the room.

Unfortunately there is a renovation on Alenby (they are building the tram line) so it's a bit hard to reach the hotel + it was noisy and dusty the surroundings. If you are going in the next 1-2 years prepare yourself for this.

Tasteful design, beautiful rooms and superb location (close to the sea, center and market). The staff were helpful and kind. The roof top is fab and you could have a quick breakfast there too.

Shades do not cover the full windows so sun woke us up early in the morning. No coffee pods in the snack bar area. No power outlets near bed.

Super nice team. Rooms are spacious and.in great condition. Complimentary pastries on the roof was nice.

Room- even though was nice size - could use extra curtains for morning sun. Shower was nice size but I felt it was all too modern and not functional.

Location is perfect! Building is an old building- for reservation- so no elevator and it's all in original old style decors mixed with new and some art Loved the 5 o'clock wine and cheese And breakfast coffee and some snacks on the roof top.

    Nothing

The hotel staff are charming and know exactly how to answer to my expectation. The check-in can be done before your arrival which is extremely practical if you have to arrive beyond the reception hour as I have done. In this situation,at your arrival, you will be informed exactly how to get your key so that you can prepare your journey without any stress. The place is perfectly situated in the center of Tel Aviv and near every main touristic sites and next to the beach. I really recommend to choose this hotel in order to fully enjoy your trip.

Overall awesome place - beautifully styled and filled with art pieces, preserved the best from old building but everything is new and clean, high ceilings, window in the bathroom and spacious balconies in many rooms. The rooms are cosy and with all the necessary things for comfortable stay. Also great breakfast in the hotel cafe + gallery next door. Convenient location, beach is very close as well

    Nothing, definitely

I’ve been to Tel Aviv many times, but I believe that it is one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve seen ever. The location is perfect, close to the beach and also close to the shuk ! Definitely perfect. The staff is quite helpful and very nice. The rooms are wonderful, extremely well decorated, with a great design and top notch equipment. The large balcony is definitely a big plus. Don’t miss out also the wonderful rooftop with a great view on Tel Aviv !

The staff is super friendly and making sure you're having the best experience. They not only make sure you have a great time at the hotel but also give you tips for Tel Aviv. Nice cocktails & great rooftop bar. Location amazing too, although it depends what area you want to be in or nearby depending on whether you're planning to walk around.

A coffee machine and a microwave in the room were pleasant surprise :) Super white and clean bedspreads and towels, all those super deliciously smelling cream, soap, conditioner in the bathroom😍 I really enjoyed my staying in the hotel and will highly recommend it to all my friends

No elevator, so being on the second floor meant carrying luggage up and down. The AC took a bit of time to combat the heat and humidity. After a while it was very pleasant in the room despite the summer.

clean rooms, old meets new - in a good way. The place had a good vibe which we liked. Bathroom was clean, new, filled with everything we needed.

A little more storage in the room would be great. But this is really a minor suggestion.

Amazing location. Close to many restaurants and the sea. A 5 min walk to Carmel Market. Staff is helpful and the cafe in the courtyard has an amazing vibe. Beds are comfy, wifi strong and shower is great.

it might be better if there can be an elevator, but it doesn’t hurt at all. I’d love to come back whether they have an elevator or not

it’s super clean room, the beddings are super nice, the whole hotel is like an art library.
