Needed more vegan food options at breakfast. Last year there was a special section for vegan food and it was wonderful.

It was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. I wish that there were more vegan foods. Other than that. It was great. I look forward to my next vacation with you guys.

We booked the hotel and were not advised that we would not be able to check in till after 6pm. When we arrived to the hotel we had a lovely and helpful gentleman check us in. He advised that the room wasn’t ready but would be very shortly, to wait be the pool and we’d to come back soon to be able to go to our room. We waited out by the pool in above 40 degree Celsius heat, in what was completely crowed areas with little places to sit with a 5 year old child. More and more people turned up that were not staying in the hotel (we had this confirmed). The crowd were aggressive and disorderly and at one point a man was sitting by the pool inhaling Nitrous oxide and sharing with friend swimming in the pool, from a large tank and balloons until security eventually confiscated it. We went inside multiple times to check on the status of the room and kept being told “another half an hour”. Once it got to after 3pm we went to the check in counter and two young women became aggressive with our calm requests to check into the room. One shouted that because it was Shabbat, we couldn’t check into the room till after 6pm – this was the first time we had been told this and tried to show the correspondence and explain we were never given this information. She proceeded to shout at us while the other assistant rolled her eyes at us – completely unprofessional and rude. There was absolutely nothing we could do and continued to wait until we could check into our room after 5:30pm. We finally got to our room and a fruit platter that a friend had ordered and paid for was sent to our room - the "fruit platter" was a plate with 3 apples. Such a disappointment and the response from the hotel has been appalling.

The hotel took us more money then expected (6.000 shekel) due to an error of them. Besides That The manager Ahuva was abusive when we tried to solve their error. I could not express how desrespectful was the way she treated us. We still didnt recieve the reimburshment and still dont know if it will happen

I couldn’t check in until 6PM my first day. The AC in my room didn’t work on my second day there from about 3pm until around 1:30AM and my family couldn’t rest in the room or sleep at night until the room finally cooled off around 2AM. The pool water was so hot it was not refreshing at all and the weather there was almost 110 degrees Fahrenheit!

The breakfast was nice and the size of the room was nice.

The hotel is very old, hasn’t been upgraded or cleaned well in too many years! Carpets look dirty. Staff seem tired, unenthusiastic and bored with their jobs. We paid extra for a room with a balcony and it was a extremely tiny half a meter over a very noisy back of another building. Terrible acoustics in the dining room. We walked in and walked out. Will not return! It’s unbelievable the price they charge for such outdated, low quality and service!

the staff was unwelcoming, around the pool wasnt clean enough, some elevators were too slow, when entering the breakfast the staff was so unwelcoming, that was really BAD, A girl named Alida at the breakfast entrance was so rude talking in an impolite way saying go back go baaack. .the balcony was too small that you just can stand, there was no water the next day at the hotel , till 1 pm,till they fixed it..too expensive for what was offered.

the room is big, the hotel is close to the town, the receptionist were nice, the breakfast was good.

When we went back to Jerusalem, I called the hotel at least 5-7 times. Different staff gave me a variety of answers, one said in five days, the other said after the Passover, and even, one staff said it will be returned to my account in one month. But in that evening I was charged two staff there said 1-2 days(!) and now it is already the Holocaust Memorial Day, and there is no feedback from them. My family and I will not call them again and never go back to stay in this hotel. It is ridiculous!

Since it was not the peak tourist season, the hotel upgraded our room and the food there was good. All the staying was fine but only one thing: we were asked to give a deposit fee after check-in, which is fine and we understand. But I was told in the evening on April 3rd that the money will be returned in 1-2 days.

I didn't appreciate being deceived about my room and its a shame the hotel doesn't have the decency to refund me the room difference after I paid for a suite and received a regular standard room - be careful, pay at end, and check your room

I paid for a junior suite and the hotel tricked me and gave me a standard room. I am still waiting for them to refund me the difference.

The shower in the room was placed veeeery low and it looks like a joke. People who are higher than 165 cm be careful you can hit your head with it. The furniture in the room was also damaged quite badly which made it look unworthy the price.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. Very comfortable location and the staff are super friendly. The food was delicious! A lot of options.

Room service food… it was timely and staff friendly… but out of some selections . Ordered grapefruit juice. Was sent grape juice which was not really grape juice… it was blended apple and grape juice… did not taste good! Salmon overcooked but it was ok to eat. Thanks

Beautiful place!! Artistic building in a great location. The weather in Eilat was so good like in the summer and there is a pool in the hotel and also outside in a walking distance a beach of the red sea. The service was very nice , staff are professional and have very good soft skills . This is a real 5 start hotel very high standard, high quality , extremely recomnded .

there was a tall girl in early morning, and the breakfast station doesn’t alarm for my baby boy is two months years old to enter to breakfast area because they told me the baby not included this area

they took from us 1500 il as a deposit, and they will return it back and check out of the hotel and until now 15 days, the money doesn’t refundable
