It is the nosiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were young people talking outside near the rooms around the pool at 4.00am! No representative of the hotel made any attempt to stop them.

There is no noise isolation between the rooms. You hear everything going on in adjacent rooms and in the pool patio (which some people use to sit together till late) The breakfast has good variety and everything that comes out of a box/can is OK, but things cooked localy (pasta, scrambled eggs) were disappointing.

The hotel is centrally located and you can get to the promenade without a car. The room was clean. There is no private parking, but there is a large city parking lot across the street.

Walls and beds were very dirty, lots of yellow-brown spots.. Breakfast was a real shame - it’s available 8:00-10:00 and at 8:30 there were only eggs, shakshuka, pickles, green salad, cottage cheese and bread(for bread was only butter), coffee machine they don’t have, only tea/coffee, hot water, cold milk and chocomilk. The pool is available 8-18:00, but at 9:20 it was closed, also at 17:15. The hairdryer didn’t work The towels were dirty - black spots. For two adults in the room they gave us one large towel and two small ones (but it didn’t matter because they were dirty and we tried to use ours.

I liked it’s location - 10 min from the main beach The girl at the check-in desk was very nice.

The food could have been better and the rooms cold have been cleaned out more (the sheets were dirty with coke and they weren’t cleaned up for the rest of the days we were there

The breakfast was ok it’s not really good and it’s the same every day, I had to buy my breakfast somewhere and eat in my room . But I can say the rooms are vary pleasant and the staff are really nice . It’s a nice place to be if you just want to be in the pool for a bit and leave for the whole day . Overall I had a really good experience and the place really gives off good vibes . P.s it’s close to everything and it’s 15 min tops to make it to the malls there by foot .

Cons (many as well) Shiran, Vivi, Sivan reception attendants were just professional, not really nice nor pleasant Room: just Basic 1. Noise - one of the worst hotels ever Not soundproof at all:  I even heard my neighbors' alarm clock at 4:50Workers and neighbors spoke loudly and even shouted in the very long corridor. They felt obliged to share their joy and happiness when coming back from a restaurant or nightclub at 12pm, 1am, 2am and up till 4am...awful Fortunately I had brought my earplugs with me. 2. Window and Curtain There is Always some light. No real darkness Fortunately I had brought my sleeping mask (like airplanes delivered ones) 3. TV hardly visible: less than 10 stations but worse, quality was awful) 4. Location: not really close to from the beach (10min walk when ...hot) 15-20min walk till the sun beds on Maman Beach,  but then again ... free But then again... you'll have to cope with rap music or worse "wailing" middle eastern music, at full volume of course. Not everyone cup of tea

Room Basic But  Spacious + Kettle, coffee, tea, big fridge + Bathroom with really strong pressure and very hot water which is great 2. Parking + 25sh/day but enough free spaces not far, easy to find (I found 3 different areas very close or close enough) 3. Good/Bad (depending on your preferences) Location: right at the center of Eilat 4. Free Sunbeds 20min walk till Maman Beach,  but then... free And the beach was fine and clean 5. Breakfast ++ very good,  great diversity No tailor made espresso nor eggs but then for this price what you get is way more than expected Just look at the attached pictures

We stayed 3 nights The pool is closed. We didn’t enjoy. The sheets weren’t change even though we requested. Late check in . We waited for it’s not ready.
