The entry to the apartment building was dirty with cigarette stubs and dust/ dirt on the floor.The apart was one room, it one bedroom as advertised. It was dusty, the floors not clean , the kitchen had an old cloth and scrub and food in the fridge from a prior guest. Our confirmation letter stated a balcony, there was no balcony. The photos shown online are very misleading as there are two property addresses. They should be separated, the one we stated in was more like a youth hostel.There was an iron but no ironing board. There was a safe but it wasn’t attached to anything!

The location and the bed sheets were clean and changed after two days.

The room we rent and pay, it was not the same. For 3 persons, my husband, my self and a elderly woman, sleeping our friend, it wasn't convenient, all of us in the seme room, just an Armour dividing the kitchen and she was right next to the kitchen no division of anything. The toilet was leaking on the floor. The place were they meet you to give you the keys, it is very nice, and that's the one they show you in the pictures wend you book, but they take you to another old building, that just to open the BIG front door it took some muscle. We're this building is located is very convenient to restaurant etc. My husband and my self rented another place and let our friend stay by her self to have more privacy.

We did not get the room we book and pay for, it was not nice. I think is a problem with booking.com they show you picture of the room and you get one totally different, and it wasn't functional. The gentleman that is on charge, he is pleasant, but pleasant does not help us, specially been out of the country.

Stayed for two nights. first night was fine but very loud tourists late on the second night in the adjacent apartment impacted our sleep quality, otherwise the apartment block was very quiet. Apartment was overall clean and neat but the floors were a bit dusty when walking around barefoot on the unique heritage tiles.

Comfortable size, location very central. Host welcoming and good communication.

Kitchen, base very old doors awful could be painted like rest of room & properly base

Bed very comfortable, bathroom good but very disappointed with kitchen, 2 door sink base with no floor,doors on it very old, coffee machine nespresso full of limescale, if kitchen was updated, new sink base it would be a lovely apartment

It’s smelled like the sewer all the time. It didn’t matter if you left the windows open or not. The 2nd bathroom in the room is VERY tiny! The apt. is on a main road. If you do not like a noisy road, this is not the place. The hot water tank only lasts about 5 minutes if you are lucky. The air conditioner in the main bedroom leaked water.

Location. The 2nd bedroom with the bathroom is away from the main bedroom. The host was very hospitable.

Very noisy Advertised as a one bedroom apartment but it was actually just a room with a kitchenette in the corner.

Omg the noise on this street... It's located right on the main street and while you can expect it to be noisy it surpasses all your expectations. There is absolutely zero soundproof isolation and a very loud bar/cafe underneath.

The interior was old-time fancy, the room was clean and the ceiling was really tall. The location is very convenient

didn’t realise we booked the one at 180. the photos are not clear that it is different from Agora apartments on the address. Also said the room was one bedroom with balcony but definitely not that. was a studio room. Pillows were not that comfy, quite high and memory foam.

Great location. Bang in the middle of the shopping street and round the corner from the piazza. The host came to meet us with the keys- friendly and gave us a good parking garage - lauro. expensive but quite secure.

incredible location! About a block away from the center of Sorrento and walkable to everything. Mini kitchen had everything we needed and staff was very helpful with apartment and booking tourist activities.
