The staff here are lovely and all speak excellent English. The room was very comfortable- large and with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was great. very spacious. There is a little bar on the corner just a couple of minutes away which is good for a quick breakfast (with warm croissants one morning). The bus stops are very close and so are very convenient, and it feels very safe coming back at night- I was a solo traveller on this occasion. I slept really well. This is a great hotel.

I asked for two separate beds. Yes, there were two beds, but they were pushed together. Pushing them apart was not a problem for me, but the hotel staff pushed them back together during cleaning. The bathroom door was broken, they couldn't be closed.

The hotel is close to a bus and tram stop. The room matches the description and photo, was cozy and clean. The hotel staff were nice and polite. Quiet neighborhood.

The location was very convenient next to bus and tram station. When we reached the hotel from airport the receptionist Saoli made us feel very welcome and he was very friendly and lovely with our check in. The hotel was clean and tidy and kept well decorated. All the staff are very nice and were very helpful with our inquiries.

The dampness of the room - you could see it on the walls.

Location - 2 minute walk to the bus stop and tram stop, from which Venice is a short (and very aesthetic!) ride away. Breakfast - a nice variety of things to eat and drink for breakfast - mini baguettes, cheese, cold cooked meats, different spreads, cereals, yogurt, juice machine, coffee machine etc. Room - The air condition worked well, and was very much needed at this time of year (September)! The bed was big with comfortable pillows. The shower was also quite nice.

Saturday night there were no taxi from the airport to the hotel. The hotel should notify much before or offer transportation.

Ventilation did not work at all. It made sounds as if it was doing something but no impact at all. It was very hot in the room and no possibility to air the room naturally as the window opened only for a few centimeters. Was also a bit disappointed with coffee as it tasted like from powder stick. Usually, coffee in Italy is delicious anywhere you go. This was the only place where it was not great.

Very loud air-conditioning/ventilation. So loud that it was impossible to sleep with the air-conditioning on - meaning the key card had to be taken out and then there was no light, no electricity etc.. Luckily, the nights weren't too hot. I can’t imagine how we would do in hot weather. The room fridges didn't cool at all, which was a problem for us personally, since we were travelling around different places and needed to store food along the journey. In one of the rooms was a walk in shower with blocked drain, which lead to instant flooding of the bathroom - the staff responded promptly and were very helpful, but I very much doubt that they didn't know about it from before. They charged us 1€ for a mug of hot water in the evening.

AC not working for 2 days, but I understood staff were aware Toilet uncomfortable I think value for money wise, was way higher than expected It was inconvenient giving me the TV remote upon arrival and asking me to go back to my room to collect it again and give it to staff at the counter upon check out!

Would have liked free small bottle of water in room all drinks are chargeable at reception. Shower cubicles very small.

Lady on reception on arrival very welcoming. Great location to get to Venice on number 19 bus very near the hotel. Free secure car parking. Quiet at night.

The shower could be cleaner, I had a few stuff that needed to be in the fridge but it barely worked. If you are going by car, be aware of the ZTL areas.

Great location, next to a bus stop that takes you straight to Venezia station. You can buy the tickets for the bus and the boats in a tobacco shop nearby. The parking lot is big and during peak season it was easy to park.
