Nothing to do with the hotel but the tower bell chimes every hour in the morning, so if you sleep with the windows open you get woken up each time. You can use the AC however, but it can be a little noisy too. The one thing about the hotel I would say is when someone in another room used either the shower or taps it made a very loud noise from our bathroom too, like the sound was going through the pipes. Nothing major, just something to consider.

The room facilities and view of the old town were everything that we needed.

The room smelled very weird, and airconditioning was noisy. No fridge in the room, witch was a bit problematic since the hotel did not serve breakfast.

Only thing we would of liked would of been a fridge in our room, we did make use out of the honesty bar which was handy but our own fridge would of been perfect!

The location of this hotel was the best bit for us. Seconds to the beautiful lake and minutes walk from bars/restaurants and the castle and cable cart. We also loved how relaxed and quiet the hotel was around the pool. All staff members were really nice, quick to respond and always around to help.

Based on description, we knew what to expect and everything was OK. Staff was very helpful, providing us with the tips for nice dinner and breakfast. Next time again the same hotel, if there will be chance to get the room.

Friendly staff near the beach if you want to jump in the lake. About a 10 minute walk from to the bus stop or 15 minute walk to the boat stop. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

Limited parking available. WiFi connection was very poor in our room. The double bed was two single beds pushed together with entirely separate bedding. More plug sockets in the room would have also been helpful.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Pool area was clean and towels provided. Excellent location in the middle of the town and close to restaurants and shops. Room size was good and nice to have a balcony.

Some sort of breakfast/snack bar would have been nice. You can help yourself to tea/coffee/soft drinks from an honesty bar. View from our balcony was balconies opposite so that was a bit of a shame, such beautiful surroundings but couldn’t really see any of it, but then we didn’t intend to be in the room that much. Room was a bit small but we were only there for a long weekend so it did the job.

Clean, Perfect location, close to everything, all in walking distance, lovely to have a pool too! We had a late flight home but were still able to use the pool after check out, and they looked after our luggage, and have toilet facilities for you to use to get changed before leaving.

I didn't expect to be charged for parking.

The staff were great, very friendly and helped with advice and suggestions. The hotel is right next to the cable car station and also close to the centre and the port for boats to other beautiful towns. We had a great stay in Malcesine.

No breakfast nor other catering were available on site (lack of personnel after covid they said). Just a self-service from a fridge and coffee machine in a lobby (fair price). The alternative optional breakfast buffet in a sister hotel was nice, hence costly and 700m away. So we mostly walked into the centre and had a small breakfast with local people in a cafeteria. No fridge in rooms. In case you use different @ address to register for wifi than the one used for his reservation, you end up receiving questionnaires to both, which is somewhat annoying. Combined with those from Booking.com I have got 15 (fifteen!) emails asking for feed-back...

Great strategic position, nice view from the front oriented rooms, pool and sunbeds, 2 mins walk to the beach, 4 mins to the centre. Number of restaurants nearby. Most of the guest cars fit into the garage right under the hotel garden. Rooms are small, but smartly arranged, very clean, comfy bed. Nice and helpful operators.
