The reception staff were extremely nice and friendly. The location is close to the bus station that takes you to Venice within 20 minutes. The room is of good hygiene

No fridge in the room but that was already expected.

Spacious room on the 2nd floor with balcony. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The address is ideal for visiting Venice: take the bus 6 or 6 L from Lavelli station to Venice, for maximum 15 minutes, and 1.5 euros (ticket can be purchased on the bus in cash, by asking the driver or via the AVM app). Parking is available inside the property (I didn't have a car, but I've seen other visitors park their cars inside). Super friendly and professional staff, especially Mr. Alam Der. He helped us a lot and he explained all the necessary information about transport to Venice and about a good restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet: fruit such as apple/orange/kiwi, yoghurt, cake/croissant, cheese, cappucinno etc... I recommend 😉

We were told we had the biggest room in the hotel. We had to pin ourselves against the bathroom wall when wanting to open or close the door fully while inside the bathroom. The ratio was space wasn't great. Also the storage over the bed is badly designed. The cupboard overhangs the pillows, so, in the middle of the night, if you forget where you are and get up..*bang*...not fun.

What we thought would be another bog-standard hotel, cheap and cheerful, turned into a surprise as we entered our room. Completely a modernised feel compared to how it appears from the outside. A friendly welcome and space on the driveway to park, although not enough space for everyone if it was needed. Street parking seemed free. We had the front balcony, which was a nice touch, but we didn't use it. 15 min walk to the train station, and for less than €2, a single ticket will get you into the south of Venice.

Excellent location., next to bus number 6, which goes to Venice. Nice room with heating. There is breakfast and very friendly staff. We had a late arrival, they arranged a late check-in for us without any problems.

The location: The propery is in a walkable distance from the station ~15mins and the bus station to Venice is 5min, the large grocery store is just by the next street. Enjoyed the good coffee in the morning with warm Croassant. The property is neat and comfortable.

We had a very good experience and we're happy with service, staff, cleanliness, location and breakfast and good pillows! :) The bus stop is only up to 5 mins walk and train station up to 15 mins by walk. The room size is big enough for a couple.

Everything was great! The breakfast was good: eggs, fresh croissants, delicious cafe, cheese, salami etc. Room was good, bed was comfortable. To train station just 10 minutes by walk and then just 10 minutes by train to Venice.

Staff was very friendly and english speaking, rooms are clean. Pretty much as communicated. We stayed here for one night on our way to other destination and location was great for us as its very close to bus station which took us to Venice in 10mins.
