I didn’t like the location, there isn’t any public transport (said by the hotel staff), we had to take a local taxi to go to the train station, 12 minutes ride, one time we paid 35 euros the second 30.

The staff was great, very helpful, very pleasant and polite, and in every situation and problem, the helped and fixed right away.

The location was a bit awkward for us, but that was our fault as we didn't research the area before booking. Train station is a 25-minute taxi from the hotel and also a bus stand outside on the main road. There is also a car hire company next door

One of our party was in a wheelchair, and when I looked at the 10 pictures of our suite, the first 7, we're in a big suite, where a wheelchair could get around really well. The last 3 were of our little suite and so I was confused, so they should change that around, so you don't see the pictures of the great big suite when you're not going to get it. He could not even get the wheelchair into the large bathroom, so that was, a challenge. I had contacted the bookings to ask if they had a wheelchair accessible suite. I thought that's what we had booked.

Monica was very gracious and helpful. Even though we weren't there for a week or more, they provided us with patio furniture when we asked, so that was great.

It's a bit far from the city. The AC didn't work on cool yet. We had to pay cash, the card reader didn't have the option to insert the card and enter the pin.

Everything you could wish for, beautifully clean, fully equipped kitchen area. Soft fluffy towels, silky sheets and toilet paper supplied. The free breakfast was out of this world, so much choice, yes it was a sweet breakfast rather than savoury but so much to choose from and never run out. The staff were exceptional, so helpful, nothing was too much bother. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and elegant in an understated fashion, was this sweet little hotel with very helpful staff and a terrific breakfast. Beautiful furnishings with grand wall mirrors and artwork. If only it was in a more convenient location. We came by taxi from the airport at a cost of $80 each way. The only walkable restaurant was closed (on Mondays) so we had to order food in for both lunch and dinner. It all worked out because of the very helpful young man at the front desk.

The breakfast with special request was very poor, even they try to do their best, but finaly I could eat bananas and bread with jam only! And it was very far from public transport. The cleaners could not understand we do not need cleaning!

you have to park the car outside and it is not always convenient because there are no cameras to for safety check. the hotel has a private garage where you can park your car, but you need to book it on time (I really recommend to send a message to the reception and book the parking spot in case you have goods or luggages to leave in the car).

Overall a nice place, you have your small apartment and there is everything you need. Italian breakfast (not so much on salty breakfast, but overally tasty!)

I advised front desk that AC fan motor was making a buzzing sound, I'm hoping they fixed it.

This hotel is comfortable and convenient, its location is close to many major cities, 20 minute drive to beautiful beach coast, short drive to shopping outlets. Easy to get to and plenty of outdoor parking (can even park in an indoor garage for a small fee). Asked for traditional Italian cuisine restaurant suggestions and tried them out - so good, returned the next evening. Staff friendly and helpful.
