We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsWe stayed here for three nights at the end of September. It’s very quiet in the area at this time and this means you get undivided attention of the hotel staff. They made sure we had everything we needed and beyond. Exceptional service. The hotel room itself is nicely decorated, it’s quiet and comfortable. The pool was nice, especially at the end of the day when you can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop. We used the relax area with the jacuzzi and that was a cherry on top. Highly recommend! The hotel is also very close to the beach (2 minute walk) and walking distance from many restaurants. We had some great recommendations from the hotel on where to eat and we were not disappointed.

United KingdomEn suite bathroom was very small. Chairs, but no table on the balcony. Pool area lacked a WC and no bar or snack facilities at the rooftop pool. Main menu choices for dinner were a little limited. Although not a cheap hotel, staff were very casually dressed (polo tops and leggings) more suited to a leisure centre than a 4* hotel.
Free car park, nice pool, friendly staff, very clean, aircon, nice lounge area.

We had a really nice stay in this hotel. The staff was kind and always at our disposal. The room was very clean and the breakfast was abundant and diversified. At the hotel you also have the possibility to book umbrellas and sunbeds for a beach near the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel offers towels for the beach, which you can change whenever you want. On the roof of the hotel there is also a big pool and a modern wellness area. The parking adjacent to the hotel allows you to leave your car in a secure area without worring about it during the stay. The parking is easily accessible also with a large car and you can use it whenever you want, since there is enough space. This is a great advantage, since other hotels in this region do not offer such a good parking. No additional costs are demanded for the parking. It has been the second time we booked this hotel and I would book it over and over again for a stay in Misano. I can only recommend this hotel.
